“I met up with a new friend and a roommate for a new experience.For me, it was tied to an old experience at an area restaurantI believe it closed up years ago.If I had to guess, I believe the restaurant c I understand use a light (or more) freshening up. A touch dated appearance. The sever was prompt and polite.Very knowledgeable with the menu and service was stellar.I don't recall an appetizer.Roomate had the snitazal he said it was a little thin and felt underwhelmed.I will say he can be a tough grader.I had a beef option rolled up with bits of pickel,maybe onion.Sorry to restaurant it's be several weeks since visit, I don't recall the name of my entree.I tried the German saurkraut and potato salad. I may have had to high expectations.I would say both were okay, and the kraut was a little salty for my tastes.The service was stelar, the don't recall servers name.Parking: I don't recallWheelchair accessibility: The sever moved a chair. I was able to move my walker and sat comfortably at the table.“

“This is the best filipino food, it made my girlfriend tear up when she had the sour soup...felt just like home cooked from her childhood. The most friendly and amazing restaurant management too. When we want a "home cooked" filipino meal, we cook at home or come here. If it's Monday or Tuesday and they are closed, we will cook it ourselves or simply have something else. Once we discovered Paraiso, we simply don't get filipino food anywhere else.“

“This is an old Mexican restaurant in which I first visited back in the late 70's. Decades later, I still visit the Parkland and Puyallup locations periodically. The house made red salsa is truly my love. The chips are also very good. Although I have had some difficulties with the last few managers in the Puyallup location, it does not take away from the authentic taste of the food being served at all locations. The Lakewood location is cozy and classic ole' school. I love the atmosphere still decades later. The service was great and the prices are still competitive in today's post covid times. El Toro is a great place to fill your tummy and enjoy great spirits!“

“We drove all the way from Canada and we were not disappointed. we got the feast S40 and it was enough food for 4 people! everything is fresh and tasty and even better hot ! we loved the Swedish balls best but the chicken ones are good too! love the real made from real potatoes mash and even better drowned on beef gravy. we will definitely return!“

“Our favorite place now! My order: Unagi (nigiri), Vegetable Tempura, Teriyaki Chicken Lunch Special. Dad's oder: Teriyaki Chicken Lunch Special and 5 order of maguro to go. The unagi was the best i have had in over 10 years. The tempura was light, crunchy and flavorful. My Dad is very particular about food and I am known to order the same item over and over. I have been trying different things and pleased with each one here. Everything was as good as it could possibly be. So happy!“

“I don't frequent coffee stands often, but there are so many Gravity Coffee locations now, plus I ran out of energy drinks at home this morning, so I decided to treat myself. I was the only car there when I pulled up, so I didn't wait long at all to order, pay, and get my drink. I ordered the Area 51 and it was great! The drinks are fairly expensive, which shocked me and also didn't surprise me at the same time. Most drinks anywhere are more than $6 these days.“

“Love Gravity to bits (always get the Hyper Space) but this is now the third occasion that I did not get oat milk in my drink at the Lakewood location. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Due to not being able to use straws, I cannot taste test to make sure (which I shouldn’t have to do anyway). We get charged each time for the milk alternative, but it’s not always used. Please be more mindful when people make such requests. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and it gives me much pain with whole milk. Also, you should really be asking people if they have rewards or not, especially when they are spending $20+ in a single trip so they can actually get their rewards for buying so often. We are at this location multiple times during the weekend and the Olympia/Lacey location during the week. If we say we have a rewards because you didn’t ask, eyes have been rolled and reluctantly put in my number.“

“Kyoto is a Japanese restaurant located on South Tacoma Way. This was my first time at this restaurant, and it was a pleasant time! When you walk through the glass doors, you walk over a little wooden bridge and wait to be seated by a host. There are booths scattered around, bar seating, and a private dining area. My sister and I were seated at a booth near the front. The ambiance was quite serene and calm. We needed a few minutes to think about what to order, especially since I was undecisive about what I wanted to try here. I ended up ordering the Sake Ju, while my sister ordered the Tempera Udon. Then, we shared the Super Dragon Roll. The Sake Ju had much more rice than salmon, which was a bit upsetting to me. I ordered it because I saw other pictures of people ordering it and it looked really appealing with how much salmon they got. I would not order that again, unless I decided to order sashimi on the side to eat with it. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would consider coming back again to try other items off the menu.“
