“Absolutely lovely atmosphere in the middle of Longview. The staff are friendly and helpful, the menu is going to make you sit down and read for a couple of minutes because there is so much to offer. The food is well portioned and their drinks, delicious. As a recent Kalama transport, this will be my go to for Mexican food.“

“Excellent high quality food, clean food cart, shaded and covered wooden deck with benches to sit. I ordered Lengua Sopes. The portions are extremely generous, the food is fresh and beautiful, and the lengua itself is very tender and flavorful. Highly reccommend.
Mild sauce has a good strong flavor but has very little spicy Factor. The hot sauce, on the other hand, is plenty spicy and also very flavorful.“

“We stopped at El Tapatio Rainier to eat after a day of kayaking, our waiter Jose Luis was exceptional, and fun we really had a great time and the food was delicious, we both had Chicken Taquitos, Yummy“

“I love this establishment!. I get the chicken nachos, and they are very plentiful. and I always get some tacos lengua with the grilled onions and jalapeño on the side!. Everytime!. Very friendly staff rather you speak Spanish or English, they have staff that speak both. Very accommodating, if I could eat there everyday I would!.“

“Shout out to the bartenders that make the best margaritas. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Never had a bad experience, either food or service. A fun place to relax and enjoy a good dinner.“

“I rate service lower only on the wait at the drive up window no one responded for a while before anyone responded other than that the food is consistently great, pricey but great and one other thing all other fast food restaurants do not but the card reader out the window for a tip I believe IMO tipping is for a sit down meal not a drive through.“

“Visiting from Atlanta, GA and Just happened to stop by the Safeway and really needed some good food. Our family decided to try Guadalajara and it was amazing. I honestly say it was the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. We were truly satisfied and pleased with the experience and quality of food!! Please stop by and support this wonderful family restaurant!!😋“

“I have no idea who was working today but that was the best Taco Bell I have ever had even my burrito was folded beautifully. I don’t honestly expect to go to Taco Bell and have a 5 star experience but I was given that today. From the drive thru service to the food itself. The nacho cheese was hot and the chicken on my tacos was incredible. Truly everyone who worked on 5/8/25 around 3:15pm deserves a fat raise.“
