“I travel a lot and post reviews of restaurants across the USA. I rarely do a sandwich shop, let alone in my hometown.

We ordered on a rainy Wednesday night using their easy mobile order website. We actually placed the order from the McDonald's parking lot as McDs app was down again and I ain't going back.

I arrived quickly and the team was still making our two sandwiches.

I looked around and found the location to be very clean, everywhere. Windows, door mats, tables, tile, kitchen, beverage machine... impressive. I was the only customer there and talked with Brandon. He told me my order wasn't done yet but gave me my drink cup.

I remarked how clean the store was and chatted with team - they couldn't be a nicer crew. Kudos to the owner, a great team of Brandon, Jay, and Emily.

We had a Little John #4 and a Billy Club. They added chips as a welcome as a new customer for no cost. Fresh soft bread, cold fresh ingredients all wrapped perfectly. I planned to eat half of my sandwich... I ended up eating the whole thing. YUM!

I'm impressed with the location, the team, the prices were good value for these high quality sandwiches - what a nice surprise. This is my go-to sandwich place from now on!

“Went for lunch on a rainy day. I got the classic veggie and my boyfriend got the Italian and both were very good. Vegetarian sandwiches can be somewhat boring but this one was not. Lots of flavor and very filling. Will be back to try the other sandwiches. There is not a lot of indoor seating so be prepared to sit outside or take it to go.“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. Food is quite tasty, staff are wonderful and friendly. This isn't fancy, interior is mostly a no-frills vibe, but you will not regret getting a sandwich from these guys. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

“I visited on 8/31/2024 and it was my first time there. I did look at their website ahead of time to see what they had to offer in terms of food and drink and was not disappointed. The young woman at the counter who greeted me (Did not get her name) and took my order was very helpful. I ordered a sweet tea and asked if there were any lemon slices to add to the drink. She was nice enough to grab a fresh lemon, cut it up and give me a slice. Who does that nowadays? I thought that was so cool of her to do. I ordered the pretzel nuggets which were AMAZING!!! I also ordered the Thai Stick Teriyaki chicken sandwich which was really good as well. I like the vibes of the place as well. This place has a bar inside and while I did not have an alcoholic drink this time, I will be adventurous on my next trip there. Will definitely visit again when I next visit Seattle.“

“Some of the best tomato soup I’ve had to start with, vegan and deliciously chunky. The Rajun Cajun sandwich lived up to the hype for the most part, but be aware of a small spot with few indoor seats and a 45-ish minute wait between the line and getting food in a Saturday lunch time.“

“Great tasting subs. Quick turnaround. Enjoyable to walk to using the Kirkland Corridor. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Vegetarian options: My friend ordered a 12 inch all veggie sub, and does this regularly. I am not vegetarian, so I had a turkey sub, which was also delicious (I did get the "all the veggies" option, however, because veggies are yummy!).“

Been hunting for real Kolaches in the area for ages - this place hits the spot!

The dough and sausage are just right and I'm excited to go back. My small disappointment is I want sliced pickled jalepenos and maybe a sprinkle of cheese on top of my cheddar jalapeño sausage inside the kolache, but this is just personal preference as they are truly delicious and I'll happily take them as is.

The coffee is rock solid, nothing spectacular roast wise but well prepared. The cookie butter latte was lovely but did need an extra shot to balance it out at 16 oz ( I always think coffee stands should aim for 1 shot per 5-6 oz for flavored lattes, people almost always prefer the taste and think it's the coffee quality but it's just a stronger coffee flavor to balance the sweetness. Mercury coffee does this and it's a brilliant hack)

Had a bagel and it was also great - they have real bagels from NYC flown in, yay! Do think it needs a longer toast to maximize the enjoyment of that perfect NYC texture.

Ultimately, these little complaints are just to hopefully get this place to the next level because I NEED them to do well and stick around, hahaha.

“I had such fantastic service from the lady working there on Friday night, 9/27/24. She was so efficient, made my sandwich really well and with care, and asked all the usual questions in a clear voice and useful order. I know it seems like there's not much difference between subway ordering, but she really stood out as doing a fantastic job. She also complimented my sweater, which was really nice because I've had a rough week and it was just such a pleasant thing to hear late night when I was tired and just needed some food. She had curly hair and a bandana, and if there's any possible way to give her a raise or at least a bonus, she very very much deserves it. Really made my night, which is hard to do at a fast food place. Thanks so much for being so awesome.“

“The sandwich was good. Mine took a really long time. I saw people coming in and ordering and getting there's before me even though they ordered after me. The staff was very nice but did. Not cut or wrap the sandwich the way I asked, and I heard the order taker say it out loud. Still, very good sandwich, if really expensive.“

“Great location and the staff is invested on making your sandwich fast. Stopped in during Wednesday lunch rush thinking it was going to be 20min to get my food with the long line, but it was around 7min. Also the older gentleman was joking around with customers a little while making it "Mike's way" which I enjoyed.“

“This review it's ONLY for the guy who was working hard ALL BY HIMSELF. He was taking care of costumers, preping, cleaning, and baking cookies while the other "co-worker" (girl) just sat down and talk with her friend who was visiting for at least 40 minutes, the only time that girl helped the guy, it was when more than 2 costumers arrived, I got there around 5:45pm and she only leave the table 2 times.The guy was super friendly, fast, clean and polite. At least at this location, the actual sandwiches look nearly identical to the menu and wall posters, and they are fresh and well made.
