“This location has been under new management for a few months. All our my orders are correctly made and made quickly.
I have a large family so I usually type my order out and hand it over vs ordering 6 individual sandwiches verbally.
Today I did that but instead of waiting for my sandwiches I’m the store I decided to head over to the Safeway to get gas while I waited for my sandwiches. The employee ran out to clarify my order. They really went so above and beyond.
Food is fresh and restaurant is clean❤️“

“I often wonder what happened to JJ’s customer service. This location really appeared sterile and there wasn’t much personality.
It used to be that JJ was kinda quirky and all American kinda like Red Robin. The Cap Hill location used to be the spot and I loved getting my pickle on the side.
My sandwhich was huge which is not a bad thing. Staff seemed bored and not enthused to be there.
I hope that there is something that may motivate them to step up a little more.“

“There are places that claim to make good sandwiches. Valhalla makes great sandwiches. I have had two competitors sandwiches this week and I was so disappointed. Valhalla puts out a product that’s swings way above its price point. They put “gourmet” in gourmet sandwiches.“

“So much delicious food here. Best turkey pot pie soup, apple crisp, and lasagna. Sandwiches are a mainstay. Recommend ordering ahead a little to avoid a wait, as everything is made to order.“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. Food is quite tasty, staff are wonderful and friendly. This isn't fancy, interior is mostly a no-frills vibe, but you will not regret getting a sandwich from these guys. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

I also didnt realize I'd go out of my way to buy a side of their house made pickles. Their food is so damn good, I wish I could eat it every day!
I gave this place 4 stars only because its really expensive.
To be fair they give you quite a large serving for what you pay, but it was still hard to justify the price.
Regardless, as an occasional treat, their sandwiches are absolutely to die for 💙“

“I love this place- simple and everything you want, nothing you don't need. The food is phenomenal. They have limited hours, but I think that's how you know a place is good- they only have to be open when they want to. Frequented by marina and construction workers, this is an 'if you know you know' lowkey spot. I come here whenever I get a chance!“

“First time trying Cheba Hut and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 4” Apollo 13 on garlic bread with pepper jack cheese. It had a good amount of protein for the size, the bread was flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. Solid sandwich—I’d definitely come back to try something else on the menu.“

“The best sando I ever had in my life! I found this place on Instagram but since I live so far, I haven’t had a chance to come to check it out earlier. But today I had time and I’m glad I did.

I ordered a pork katsu sando with the spicy curry sauce on the side and it blew my mind! Their sando and curry have amazing flavors that I make me wanna keep eating and eating. Can’t wait to come back next time.

“This is a locally owned business run by two sisters and their family, and it really shows in the atmosphere and care put into the experience. Most of the employees are younger, often still in high school, but they are consistently well-trained, respectful, and friendly toward customers.

A lot of the ingredients and sauces are made in-house, which adds a noticeable level of quality to the food. While the bread and cookies are baked off-site, they’re still produced within the business’s own network, helping maintain that same homemade feel and overall quality dining experience.

My only real gripe would be the pricing. It’s definitely on the more expensive side, so for me it feels more like an occasional treat rather than an everyday stop. That said, the quality and experience generally make it worth it, and I would absolutely recommend supporting this local business.“

“We went to this location in Redmond town center skeptical about eating at a regional chain restaurant. Were we ever surprised! The setting was spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were hard-working and eager to answer any questions, particularly about making vegan adjustments. In fact, the menu offered suggestions to make entrées vegan. We arrive just before the start of the lunch shift; the place was empty. By the time we left, the place was packed and a line had formed at the order encounter. We were wowed by the avocado quinoa salad with tofu added on as well as the crispy salad with tofu added on. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried the vegan oatmeal cookies; even the carnivores in our group enjoyed these.“

I grabbed the Italian sub and it was loaded with fresh ingredients and tons of meat -- super flavorful and held up perfectly all the way to the top of the mountain. I went in at 7:30 pm for dinner on Thursday to get the turkey Meal of the Day and upgraded it to a foot long for $3 more for a work lunch tomorrow. I mentioned that to him and when he was wrapping my sandwich, then he asked if I would like both halves wrapped separately, which was so thoughtful! So, I got 2 meals for $9.99+ tax, awesome!
