“This location has been under new management for a few months. All our my orders are correctly made and made quickly.
I have a large family so I usually type my order out and hand it over vs ordering 6 individual sandwiches verbally.
Today I did that but instead of waiting for my sandwiches I’m the store I decided to head over to the Safeway to get gas while I waited for my sandwiches. The employee ran out to clarify my order. They really went so above and beyond.
Food is fresh and restaurant is clean❤️“

“I often wonder what happened to JJ’s customer service. This location really appeared sterile and there wasn’t much personality.
It used to be that JJ was kinda quirky and all American kinda like Red Robin. The Cap Hill location used to be the spot and I loved getting my pickle on the side.
My sandwhich was huge which is not a bad thing. Staff seemed bored and not enthused to be there.
I hope that there is something that may motivate them to step up a little more.“

“There are places that claim to make good sandwiches. Valhalla makes great sandwiches. I have had two competitors sandwiches this week and I was so disappointed. Valhalla puts out a product that’s swings way above its price point. They put “gourmet” in gourmet sandwiches.“

“So much delicious food here. Best turkey pot pie soup, apple crisp, and lasagna. Sandwiches are a mainstay. Recommend ordering ahead a little to avoid a wait, as everything is made to order.“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. Food is quite tasty, staff are wonderful and friendly. This isn't fancy, interior is mostly a no-frills vibe, but you will not regret getting a sandwich from these guys. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

“Initially when arriving we had technical difficulties with paying, using an app that provided a discount. The customer service was top notch and helped with the issue.

Besides that wonderful customer service, the layout of Hushy's is very generous and allows you to strech your legs and enjoy the wonderful sandwiches. I recommend the mortadella, pickles, salt & vinegar chips and cookies. I highly recommend the coffee as well.

We were told about ice cream sandwiches will be sold in the future. If this comes true I can't wait to come back. Looking forward to eating another sandwich soon.“

“I can’t stop raving over this place ! The food was amazing the atmosphere was calming everything about this place scream cool hangout ! They serve alcohol and make the best sandwiches! The meat was cooked well bread was fresh and the beautiful vegetables! I went in with a group and didn’t realize it was card only so be careful and the young man gave me and deal with the food and really made this a wonderful experience!!“

“I lived in Seattle from 2022-2024, and I remember the owner/chef stayed open and made me a custom sandwich after a long day of work. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I live in Texas now, and I still think about that sandwich.“

“The best sando I ever had in my life! I found this place on Instagram but since I live so far, I haven’t had a chance to come to check it out earlier. But today I had time and I’m glad I did.

I ordered a pork katsu sando with the spicy curry sauce on the side and it blew my mind! Their sando and curry have amazing flavors that I make me wanna keep eating and eating. Can’t wait to come back next time.

“This is a locally owned business run by two sisters and their family, and it really shows in the atmosphere and care put into the experience. Most of the employees are younger, often still in high school, but they are consistently well-trained, respectful, and friendly toward customers.

A lot of the ingredients and sauces are made in-house, which adds a noticeable level of quality to the food. While the bread and cookies are baked off-site, they’re still produced within the business’s own network, helping maintain that same homemade feel and overall quality dining experience.

My only real gripe would be the pricing. It’s definitely on the more expensive side, so for me it feels more like an occasional treat rather than an everyday stop. That said, the quality and experience generally make it worth it, and I would absolutely recommend supporting this local business.“

“I needed a solid sandwich to fuel a long hike and this place came through big time! I grabbed the Italian sub and it was loaded with fresh ingredients and tons of meat -- super flavorful and held up perfectly all the way to the top of the mountain. Nothing better than a great sandwich with a view (highly recommend tryng this!)

The staff was also incredibly nice and accommodating to my needs, making sure everything was just right for a to-go order. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I will definitely be back!“

“Perfect experience in every way tonight thanks to my Sandwich Artist, Jason! Jason met me with friendliness and a smile so off to a great start. I went in at 7:30 pm for dinner on Thursday to get the turkey Meal of the Day and upgraded it to a foot long for $3 more for a work lunch tomorrow. I mentioned that to him and when he was wrapping my sandwich, then he asked if I would like both halves wrapped separately, which was so thoughtful! So, I got 2 meals for $9.99+ tax, awesome! Service was fast, accurate, thoughtful, and the food was yummy, plus the shop was perfectly clean. “I love that it is clean, so I don't feel I need to worry extra about getting food poisoning. I have some disabilities and they are always very accommodating. The staff have all been very friendly. I generally get the same sandwich, and theirs are the best I have had. I'd imagine that's because they are clean and seem as sanitary as this kind of place can be. I will definitely be going back.
