“It was a very nice restaurant, the food was good, the waitresses were super patience and explained the menu when we asked questions. They also allowed us to stay and talk even though we finished eating and paid. It has lots of seating from booths to chairs for bigger families. They have a 5 level spice for their dishes and was quite fresh and spicy when we chose level 4. The calamari was unfortunately soft breaded and comes off easily, but quite tasty with the sauce.“

It was tender and juicy and the sweet, sour, and salty sauce to accompany the pork belly had me salivating for more. “I have come here a handful of times with my partner and I love it! I don't think I have ever had a bad dish here. I try to order something different each time but there is so much to choose from! And so far my favorite is the basil stir fry and the eggplant basil stir fry. The portions are generous for the price. I like to order 2 or 3 dishes and then take the leftovers. They last me a few days afterward! The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my conversations with them. All in all, a great place. If I lived closer, I'd probably come here several times a week.“

“This may be my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle, and I’ve probably tried ~20+! The food is sooo flavorful and delicious. The service is wonderful too. I would highly recommend the eggplant stir fry and doing family style so you can try more dishes.

The portions are a good size (though I normally don’t have leftovers)! Sometimes there are a lot of takeout orders so it can take a bit longer, but not too bad! And definitely worth the extra few mins wait :)

“I don’t know what’s taken us so long to check out Nua seeing that we literally are a 5 minute walk away, but this is now a regular for us.

The basil fried rice here is absolutely the best I’ve ever had - it’s packed with so much flavor and the tofu is always done right. It has become a staple whenever I get food here. But the real star is the Kao Soi - there isn’t a better one in the city, and is a perfect meal in winter.

The massaman curry is pretty nice too. The rice portion that come with it is actually one the larger side than most places.“

“This review is long overdue. This place is unreal. The food is so delicious! They have the best Yellow Curry I’ve ever had. Today I devoured the PAD KEE MAO. I can’t pick a favorite dish. They are all so flavorful. And then the Mango sticky rice is to die for. They have the fresh mangoes they use on display right when you walk in the front door. So obviously this is a seasonal dessert. Praise the food gods that it’s in season now. The chef is Amorn. He comes out and takes you to your table. He’s kind and makes you feel like you have just walked into his home. The atmosphere feels authentic, clean, and homey. I just love going there with my family. I want to bring every person I love to this restaurant. Especially if they love Thai food. Today all of Amorn’s family was there working together. It’s such a refreshing experience to eat food that’s made with so much love and devotion. Thank you to Amorn for always being so friendly and fun. Had an amazing experience at Bahn Thai, the service was truly excellent. The servers were incredibly attentive, filling our water glasses whenever they noticed they were getting low, and checking in to make sure everything tasted good, which it absolutely did.
We ordered the khao soi, fried rangoons, pork belly with sticky rice, and everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The Thai tea was so good, I had to order it twice, and their plum wine was absolutely delicious.
Huge shoutout to Sean, Hailey, and Paul, they were all amazing, and made us feel so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back for the outstanding service, and even better food!“

Even though I don't live across the street from them anymore, they will always be my first stop when I get home or when I get off work the next day after travel. Plus they give you so much food. Upon entering the small place, it was warm, cozy and spotless, and nicely decorated. The best was yet to come! The food was, well, the best Thai... ever. High quality fresh ingredients prepared to perfection. I enjoyed the Wonton Soup, and my spouse equally enjoyed the Goay Teaw Tom Yum, a peanut and rice noodle soup.
