“Went to drive up for cheddar roast beef sandwich. Quick to order at outside kiosk, 2 cars ahead for pickup. 5 minute wait for each car to pick up food, so 15 minutes in line waiting for order. The order was correct but the sandwich left a whole lot to be desired . What little meat and cheese covered half the bun literally. They apparently forgot to put the other half on. Really disappointed.“

“I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. They were busy, so a few more people entered behind me, and everyone was welcomed with the same warm greeting. The three people working 6:35pm on July 12th you should be proud of. I ordered a Roast Beef and Provolone Mike’s way and it was fantastic. This is a well managed first class operation with excellent food and I will be back!“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). “Good food at a good price, good-sized portions, great service. But very disappointed that you have to use their mobile app to use the drive-thru. I showed up to get a lunch for me and my grandson today and was not dressed to go inside like I would want to be, and was told I couldn't order at the drive-thru. So for a quick pick up, I will definitely not be coming to Chipotle anymore.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

He suggested that I get an a chicken bacon ranch based on what I said I liked. He also made my sandwich quickly and exactly how I wanted it, all of the toppings were evenly spread, it was perfect. “I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! “We eat at this Taco Bell usually once or twice a month (always drive thru). Our orders have always been correct, the service adequate and the food relatively consistent.

That aside this is a review of the mini taco salad and nacho supreme dip.

The mini taco salads were fairly tasty. 3 bucks and 300 calories each makes for a pretty good snack/meal. 1...or even 2 will not be enough for a meal for many people but as an addon to another item or two, it hits the spot.

The only issue I had was they don't come with sour cream. We ate them at home and added our own so not a big deal for us.

The nacho supreme dip was ok. Probably not worth the 2.49 cost and close to 400 calories but others mileage may vary. Definitely convenient though and possibly worth it if you don't like soggy chips from typical nachos.

As far as fast food is concerned, everything here met my expectations but nothing was stellar. 4 of 5.“

“Every time we drive through, the young woman taking orders and cashing us out is such a GEM! Every single person in our family knows exactly who she is because she is so personable, so kind, and not to mention a great customer service person, and not on just one occasion, on every occasion. We live a minute from this location and have 4 college students around, so we frequently drive through. I sadly cannot remember her name, but she was working the drive through at 5:35pm on 1/25. She should be a manager.“

“There is a subway a half mile from my work but I drive the extra 3 miles just for the service at this Subway. Jennifer is always happy and friendly. All the staff members at this Subway are fast and eager to help their customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“
