“I am a mother of 4 young children from Texas, I am traveling across the country, and was driving through this town, on my way to Oregon. We stop in, first thing I notice is how clean the place is… the dining area and the restrooms. We go up to order and I believe Carlos was our cashier, he was polite and answered a menu question I had. At the end of the transaction he walked all the way around the counter, squatted down and gave my 2 year old a high five. It was truly endearing and not something I expected him to take his time to do. He completely made my littles girl’s day as she had the biggest smile. Then as I was filling my drinks, another employee named Jeremy walked over and asked if I’d like him to push some tables together to make it easier for my children and myself to all sit together. I’ve never had an employee at a fast food restaurant ask me that. He then offered to carry my tray to my table so I could keep ahold of both of my toddlers hands. It was simple kindness, but not something I am not used to in these situations. He later came by and checked on us to see if we needed anything and in conversation recommended a place for me to stop on my travels. The hospitality I received here was superior to any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. I hope their bosses recognize them and know they must make many feel welcome at their location. And also know, while this mom is traveling without her husband (he’s in the Army and currently out of country) that having these employees not only help a mother juggle 4 children, but make my kids smile, means so much! Thank you Arby’s!“

“Went to drive up for cheddar roast beef sandwich. Quick to order at outside kiosk, 2 cars ahead for pickup. 5 minute wait for each car to pick up food, so 15 minutes in line waiting for order. The order was correct but the sandwich left a whole lot to be desired . What little meat and cheese covered half the bun literally. They apparently forgot to put the other half on. Really disappointed.“

“First time here. Got chips and Queso but queso seemed a bit over cooked. Kinda had chunks like it needed to be replaced. However it was yummy on my Baja bowl. “I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. They were busy, so a few more people entered behind me, and everyone was welcomed with the same warm greeting. The three people working 6:35pm on July 12th you should be proud of. I ordered a Roast Beef and Provolone Mike’s way and it was fantastic. This is a well managed first class operation with excellent food and I will be back!“

“First time visiting. I was a little unsure on trying skippers after looking over the reviews, but it wasn't bad. The place looked clean, soda machine looked clean. My husband & i got the fish & chips and it was really good. The fries were good as well.“

“We love to have family dinner at Panda Inn!  But we learned yesterday that it is extremely hard to have a conversation even when sitting at a round table. The volume in the main large room gets so loud you can hardly hear yourself think. The food is exceptional so we continue to come to the La Palma location!!  Our waitresses and waiters are exceptional.“

“Picking up an Uber Eats order the manager on duty was very rude and grabbed the phone from my hand as I was checking the order, then proceeded to tell me “ do my job then “ (approve the order) and I informed him that I know my job and he had no right to touch my phone or tell me my job. “Good food at a good price, good-sized portions, great service. But very disappointed that you have to use their mobile app to use the drive-thru. I showed up to get a lunch for me and my grandson today and was not dressed to go inside like I would want to be, and was told I couldn't order at the drive-thru. So for a quick pick up, I will definitely not be coming to Chipotle anymore.“

“I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! “Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

“I had a great experience at this Subway! I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking a sandwich, but Austin was super patient and helpful. He suggested that I get an a chicken bacon ranch based on what I said I liked. He also made my sandwich quickly and exactly how I wanted it, all of the toppings were evenly spread, it was perfect. Excellent service, and I loved the decorations they put up for Christmas!! Super festive☺️“
