“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“

“I ordered my 50th birthday cake from this shop, and was so impressed. When they brought out my cake, it was so much more beautiful than the gorgeous photos on their website that I teared up. My party guests were blown away by how beautiful it was. Then we cut the cake and it was DELICIOUS. It was moist and flavorful. The frosting was not too sweet, and the raspberry filling was tart and perfect. I would absolutely order another cake from this shop again, and recommend it.“

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“
“Honestly, we've lived nearby for years without popping in, but we just received the best service and the ice cream was better than I remembered from my childhood. Shout-out to Hanna for her patience with kiddos picking flavors and excellent customer service!

“My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.“
