“I saw an article in a local paper and had no idea what to expect the first time I stopped in. I was in for a treat. The menu is basic but the results are superb. Example? Most anyone can fix mashed potatoes. Not everyone can do it like The Saucy Sailor. Same with every dish I've tried. It's something way different than any fast food or pub fare. I recommend it. I think you'll be glad you became a customer.“

“Great food, excellent service! I haven't actually been inside but the drive through here is incredibly fast every time I come here! The burritos, both breakfast and dinner, are always amazing! The staff here are also always super nice and they give you coupons each time you come for the next time! Excellent establishment!“

“Every time I've ordered here, the food is delicious, consistent, and accurate. They have a feature on your phone which lets you tell them when you're on your way, so when you pick up your order the fries are nice and hot. The staff are always super nice to my boyfriend and make the experience overall worth it.“

The manager at this location deserves a shoutout for giving upmost care to circumstances in her control and following through the best she can. I had a tough time with getting an order straightened out/ refunded and am still waiting to hear the results from Customer Care. But she didn’t hesitate to do what she could in her power to make the situation right. Thank you Kaitlyn!“

“I have recently seen the commercials for Arby's Loaded Italian sub sandwich. I like Arby's, but rarely choose a meal from Arby's.
Yesterday I went to the east Bremerton Arby's just to try the Loaded Italian sub sandwich.
I like it. Very good. $7.49 for 9.6 ounces of sandwich. I will order it again.“

“The icee machine was down so we couldn't get one of those. We ordered 2 sandwiches and the last that made them was super nice. She made the sandwiches perfectly. The food was alright but the seating area was really dirty. The walls had all kinds of splatters and what looked like someone had thrown food at the wall and it was just allowed to drip down the wall and dry. Not the nicest place to sit and eat so we gathered our food and left.“
“Most Costco food courts in this area are set up the same, so it is the standard inside seating. This location has opted to remove some seats so there is more room for people to wait for their order. The Silverdale location does a better job with their pizza (taste and ensuring the pizza is actually cut through all the way). The issue with the Silverdale location is that they are slower than others and ordering ahead doesn't help you out as they expedite tickets by number, regardless if you called your order in.
The only thing I've had from this food court is the pizza and Mocha Freeze (which is par for the course).“

“Updated Review: This Taco Bell has really changed in the last few years. It used to take forever to get food and several items used to be wrong when we finally received them. Now, everything arrives very quickly and has been accurate every time my husband and I have come here. They seem to be more staffed than a lot of food places and the employees are always friendly. We miss the double stacked tacos though!
Previous Review: This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. At least if you go through the drive thru, expect to be there ten minutes minimum.“

“I had a really good experience at Subway, mostly because of Owen Patheal. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and he made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. It just made the whole visit better. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this Subway.“

“It's a subway, but definitely a good one, it's always clean, organized and everything is efficient. The one unique thing about this location is that they offer coffee and specialty coffee and monthly special drinks that are pretty good. A great option in base.“
