They also have great vegetarian delights for you as well! They're incredibly friendly and hospitable, with very quick service. “The cookies are always good. But, the very young employees need to learn you don’t call an adult by their first name. This is a matter of training that an adult manager should be enforcing. You kids need to say Mam or Sir or you can say Ms / Mr before their first name. It is just polite and respectful.
Here is the general rule: if the customer is older than you then you say Mam, Sir, or Ms / Mr. If the customer appears to be your age or younger then you can use their first name.”
