“A fairly large group of us dropped in without warning. They handled us without issue and with plenty of smiles. I was really impressed how well they handled the situation. Food and atmosphere were typical Subway, but the service was outstanding.“

But today I went in around 1230 and the young man was taking count of what needed to be in the bar, I was the only customer inside and I waited patiently but I honestly felt ignored after about 3 minutes (I was on lunch so I was watching the clock) he said he'd be right with me I said no worries trying to be kind and 8 minutes later he finally assisted me, I asked 3 times for a 6 inch and by the third time he didn't seem to hear or wasn't paying attention I thought I was speaking loud enough idk. I had to repeat several times the toppings and he still tried to put anything on the sandwhich. He seemed so irritated by my presence I was so uncomfortable but so hungry I didn't want to leave and waste the food he had prepared, when I said again at the register that it was supposed to be a 6 inch he visibley shrugged and still charged me. I didn't know what to do at that point so I just paid and left. I felt so out of place and such a bother to the young man I didn't even get to ask his name.“

“This is the Subway they have in heaven. This was the first Subway they had in the Bremerton area, and I have find memories of playing table top RPGs there in the 90s. It has expanded to have a side party room and it is open 24 hrs. For reasons I don't understand the staff there is consistent and on point, and believe me when I say you can not take that for granted at all Subways in Bremerton.
