Hasn’t been renovated since probably 2002, and it’s perfect that way.If you go around 6 or 7am, the donuts will knock your socks off, and then some.How good are they?I came here for the first time about a week ago—it’s been 7 days and I’ve gone every morning now. “Best doughnuts in the neighborhood! I tried them once before and was already impressed by how fluffy and flavorful they were. This morning I walked by and noticed they had new flavors and alfajores, which immediately caught my eye! I went in and bought doughnuts and alfajores that reminded me of Argentina, my home. Out of curiosity, I asked where they were from, and the sweet woman at the register said, “Argentina–Venezuela.” What an amazing surprise! I’ll definitely be back to support this business. “I tried Dochi for the first time today and absolutely loved them! I can't wait to go back!

Dochi is a lovely combination of mochinut and traditional American donuts. The flavor is absolutely amazing. It is a moist flavor on the inside like a mochinut and a little bit of a crunchy flavor on the outside like a traditional American donut. They have a rotating flavor menu. Today, I tried the cookie butter and churro flavors and both were absolutely delicious!

The store is inside of Uwajimaya and it is very nice and modern. It has a very hip and modern vibe. They have seating that is shared with other restaurants that are in the Uwajimaya food court.

The customer service was excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful! I definitely recommend Dochi to satisfy your sweet tooth and for awesome flavors!“

I don’t make it over to this location too often living on the other side of the hill, but when I do, it’s always a treat. My go to order is the Apple Fritter (best apple fritter in Seattle in my opinion) and a cold brew. The apple fritter is perfectly crisp on the outside but soft on the inside with plenty of apple chunks. The cold brew is very good, definitely strong but in a good way. The ambience inside is up there with the best coffee shops and cafés in Seattle, love the bookshelf walls and the window seating. And as always, fast, friendly service! Could not recommend more if you’re looking for a quick treat or a place to sit, sip, and enjoy the neighborhood.“

“Cute store. I originally wanted some donut but changed my mind when I saw they have corndog. I chose a classic half cheese half sausage.

The corndog was made fresh on order so I had to wait a little bit for it to be ready. Sause was spicy mayo cuz it was said to be best seller but to be honest I would have wanted something a little bit sweeter, but that was just personal preference. The corndog was crunchy enough for me, good cheese pull, decent sausage. Loveddd the dough it was good hehe.“

“This has quickly become one of my favorite fast dessert spots in Seattle. Every time I have come in these donuts have been absolutely perfect: crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. I love how they are always unique, tasty and fun flavors. The strawberry shortcake has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy the drinks as well. My personal favorites so far have been the milk tea and the ube. The staff is always incredibly friendly. The space is inviting, bright and clean. Perfect for taking a photo (because yes, they're that pretty) or for grabbing a tasty sweet treat to enjoy solo or with friends. If you love donuts, love mochi or just want something delicious in SLU, Mochinut is a must try. “It's been awhile since I have had Mochinut and decided to get a drink and donut after Half Price Books browsing. The new can design is cute but way to much ice, Thai Tea was a little too sweet. There is no option for not to have Boba which I am not always in the mood for, and I got the Mango donut and it was okay kinda of meh to me for flavor. I will go somewhere else for my thai tea and donuts“

“i ordered a small cake for my boyfriend’s birthday to finally have a chance to try this place out, and i can say this is one of the best cakes i’ve ever had. not too sweet/overbearing and definitely one to savor as you take each bite.

i got lucky with the quick turnaround (called on friday for a sunday pickup), but the owner recommends to give at least a week’s notice for future cake orders. can’t wait to come here again sometime and get cake for my friends and loved ones to try!“
