I’m prompted to write today because I got one of my favorites to go two days ago — the bagel and “lox” — and had the first half yesterday and the second today. “What a fantastic find! I am so rarely impressed when I go out, but Chicory was absolutely incredible! So inspired and inventive! Everything was absolutely delicious! My taste buds and soul were so happy. Had the scallops, carrots, smoked potatoes and biscuits. I cannot wait to return and try more of the amazing menu! Service was wonderful. “Found this beautiful gem of a restaurant tucked away on the edge of Lake Offut! We loved the wood log decor. Indoor or outdoor dining was a huge plus with great views of the lake. Staff was friendly, and food was great!“

“We have been wanted to try ever since Row opened and finally made it today for brunch. Both hubby and I were delighted with our food! Croque Madame - outstanding! Salmon Omelette - also very good. “This tavern is a gem. The food is cooked with care and you can tell when you get it. The brussel sprouts are a huge hit at any time. I tried a "special" called the CodFather yesterday with a hand battered piece of cod, topped with fresh sliced pastrami and some cheese on a slathering of coleslaw on a bun. It absolutely works!“

“We checked this place out for the first time on Halloween, the prices are reasonable. Kitchen was closed by the time we wanted food so we’ll try it next time. Plenty of options for songs. Karaoke was a blast and the vibe was absolutely there compared to some other karaoke places in the area. Bartender was so sweet as well as the karaoke host. We’ll be returning!“

“We stumbled upon this place walking around looking for something for lunch. Honestly my expectations were low we just wanted a cheap lunch with everything in the area being so pricey. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The burger was honestly the best burger I’ve had in a while. Delicious, juicy, flavorful, 10/10 recommend! The staff were also super sweet!“
