“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“This is a good local place with authentic flavors. All the food is local and made well. You can also cater with this place. The bread and vegetables are high quality. The dining room is nice if you stay and eat. There is an option to order ahead and pick up in the store. I like to use their site and order directly.“

Fluffy and literally melted in your mouth. I ordered two today. The dough is gritty. A different texture. It's an issue! Lack of consistency concerns me. Absolutely not the same quality as I had before. Either its not the same recipe, a different type of flour or the baker changed. In any case, I'm stuck with two of them. I wish I had a better review.“
