The drinks are solid, but the real highlight is spending time with adoptable cats in a calm, cozy setting. It’s a cute date idea, a stress-reliever after a long day, or just a sweet way to support animal adoption while enjoying a coffee.“

“Gotta give it five stars for being such a solid vegan lunch option in this neighborhood which is otherwise lacking. Really great chickpea sandwich and Americano. Also love that they sell fresh bread! The chocolate buckwheat cookie is perfect for those of us who like sweets on the more salty side.

A bit pricey but good portions. I only ate half of my sandwich and saved the rest for later.

I have to add though that it looks like they no longer have beer and wine which I was disappointed to learn! If they were open until like 8 or 9 and I could get a glass of wine in the evening I would legit come here like 3-4x a week“

I also enjoy the Brain Wash super Boost. I add it to my coffee on my golf days. It helps with my mental attitude and energy levels.“

“Oxbow is often our weekend treat. Their bagels are my favorite in seattle, their pizza is perfect. Every other item is wonderful (although i think the tuna salad sandwich could use more tuna).

“We absolutely LOVE the Seattle Meowtropolitan!! My 8 year old and I have been visiting regularly for more than a year now and we‘ve bonded with all the amazing kitties! Everyone who works and volunteers here is so kind as well. The kitty-themed drinks and kitty macaroons are all delicious too! And the cat-inspired decorations—even in the restrooms—are wonderful! “I drove an hour to check out the market with the goal of trying out the espresso, since Seattle is known for the coffee. I was concerned because I've been recommended to places that were horrible. This place not only didn't disappoint, the espresso was AMAZING! Got a latte and it was creamy and perfectly pulled shot with lots of crema and not wasted in the shot glasses, but straight in the cup! I hate crowds and finding parking, but this place is worth it!“

“A must try when in Seattle! Incredible vegan savory and sweet options - we are obsessed with the vegan beef and cheese piroshki, and potato rosemary, but there are so many! They have the best sticky bun ever too. Our son loved the non vegan ones too! One of the best places in Seattle!“

They have this Padan or Pandan coffee…I chugged it the first time & was so wired I had to hit the park across the street. Coffee is spectacular.
No bad encounter with the staff all of my interactions have been filled with kindness & they are very observant which feels safe & appreciated, someone’s being strange? I’d trust they’re already on top of it.
Seems like it’s filled with locals which is also nice to see ppl called by name.
I will say, in the times I’ve been in the tables are…well used & with the amount of people working sending someone out to touch up the tables with a sanitizer wipe would be nice. To be fair it’s not like I see any of the staff just standing around, their hands seem full.
Anyway appreciate a very well solid local coffee shop. This is a gold mine.“

“Best strawberry matcha in Seattle! They make a real strawberry puree in house. It tastes like real strawberries (because it is!) and is delicious! All of the drinks at Atulea are excellent and customizable. The baristas are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vibes are also good here. I love coming here for 1:1 meetings or just a cozy place to get some work done. Atulea is a staple in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and I look forward to supporting them for a long time to come!“
