(If you haven’t tried injeolmi, it’s kind of nutty and roasty, but really light.) Our visit left us with full bellies and big smiles.

Service and ambience: my first thought coming into this place is what acquaint and cozy little restaurant this is. It's filled with plants and unique figurines and funky dolls even. The man who served us was super friendly and you can tell he was very happy as well. He checked in on us often and made sure everything was going well.

The food and wine were great - that was really important for us - our guests still are talking about both and multiple friends said it was the best dinner they’ve had in Seattle since moving here a few years ago. The space speaks for itself, modern and clean with beautiful and comfortable outdoor spaces. We ended up being inside due to rain, and that worked out great, too.

We really appreciated their intimate wedding package, which felt like a great value for what we were looking for in a wedding venue. The fact that their packages are inclusive with most everything you could need made it really easy on us to plan, and ensured the end result was really high quality. “Watts brewing hosted my welcome dinner for my wedding in Woodinville, about 40 people. The team there was incredible- we had a larger group, and they were so on top of it. I was really impressed with how clean they kept it with such a large group.... The space itself was great, accommodated everyone, never got too loud and felt cozy. They have excellent space for serving food. Haven't even mentioned this but the beer itself was so delicious! Great wine selection too, and I really appreciated the NA options for kids/non drinkers, everyone was included. The pretzels are a 10/10... I am really rambling.

TLDR: amazing venue choice, staff and beer selection for anyone hoping for a casual, cozy fun event in Woodinville.

“Nice cozy, hole in the wall spot in the heart of uptown Lake Stevens.

I’ve been to Katsu burger in Lynnwood before, many years ago… but I couldn’t remember how the food was to be honest. I must say, I have been pleasantly surprised. It certainly isn’t your typically “American burger”, but that’s not how you can judge this kind of fusion food. It’s in its own category.

I thought the burger was well made (beef katsu was perfectly fresh and crisy and veggies were fresh). The whole burger was a bit large and challenging to eat at first, and the flavors were a little challenging to discern. However, as you continued to eat, you were able pick on the different flavors. Fries were lack luster, and the 12 spice seasoning carried them. Wasabi coleslaw… can’t say I’ve eer had or even heard of such a thing. It was good and fresh, but nothing to write home about. I thought it could use more wasabi flavor, the brightness of the veggies overwhelmed the wasabi flavor.

Service was very pleasant. They’re understaffed, but that didn’t stop from good service.

Atmosphere is cozy and quaint. Little Japanese “cutsie” influence, and I enjoyed slowly eating my meal. Didn’t feel rushed or like I wanted to hurry up and eat to leave.

Overall, I would come back. There were several other burgers that piqued my interest.“

“My friends and I stopped by Tobi's Tea after dinner in Lynnwood, and it was such a great find! The shop is beautifully decorated with lots of green plants, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We specifically wanted to try a boba shop that isn't available in Seattle, and Tobi's Tea was the perfect choice. Parking was a breeze since it's located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of spaces. Our group ordered an ube latte, a cloud matcha, and an HK-style milk tea. The ube latte was a bit too sweet for our taste, but the cloud matcha stole the show--it was not only visually stunning but also delicious! The combination of matcha foam on top and coconut water/juice at the bottom was unique and refreshing. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend giving Tobi's Tea a try!“

“Some of the best wine I have ever had. We went to the Taste event last weekend in downtown Seattle and Lobo Hills was the only wine we tasted that stuck out. We came here the next weekend to the tasting room in Woodinville and did a full tasting and bought two bottles. The rattlesnake hills Grenache and the Carmenere—both incredible! Thank you to Diana, Kim and Pat who served us at the tasting room. What a wonderful experience!“

“Special Brews is a gem for beer enthusiasts! This bottle/taproom offers an impressive selection of beers to either take home or enjoy in their cozy sit-down area. The variety on tap is fantastic, and there's always something new and exciting to try.

One thing to note is the $2 corking fee for drinking a can in the bar area, but with the incredible selection available, it's a small price to pay. The bartenders here are super nice and always ready to help you find the perfect beer.

I'll definitely be back to explore more of their offerings and take some home as well. If you're in Lynnwood and love beer, Special Brews is a must-visit!“
