“Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, we got burgers, milkshakes and fries- everything was fresh, lean and priced fairly which we appreciated too! I always love finding new small spots and am so excited to have found another gem in Spokane. Looking forward to our next burger fix, we know where we are going!“
“The Gelato was awesome. We sampled a few flavors and ultimately love the espresso or coffee based ones. The service was okay. The ambiance is cute, something for teens to take photos in for their social media. Nice to bring younger kids too. They had a showing of Moana to keep them entertained while the family enjoy their treat. Sorry, no photos to share.“
“Brought my mom here on a whim after a hobby lobby excursion since she never treats herself to....treats haha. Wonderful and friendly service. The digital ordering tablets in the store make everything far less stressful for those that get anxiety when trying to decide what they want (I ordered one of everything, anyway ). The inside was very clean and minimalist. Focal point is clearly their giant cookies. Everything was delicious. I preferred the speculous overall because it didn't punch me with sweetness like the others. Pink velvet was a close second but I could only eat a sliver at a time. Disclaimer: I do not typically eat cookies and I have a savory, over sweet, tooth. My mom enjoyed sampling all the flavours and that's all that mattered. This would be an excellent office bribe or celebration treat to share with many others since there is no way either of us could eat even half of one cookie! Thanks for the sweets! Cheers“

“The moment we walked in, we received a warm welcome and smile from the gal working! It was freezing out, so we didn’t have ice cream, but we were visiting from Minnesota and picked up some awesome candies and chocolates, caramel apples and some chocolate covered espresso beans to take home for friends. The alligator chocolate and buckeye were a couple of my favorites.“
“5-12-22 Well, I would have given Blueberry Frozen Yogurt five stars except there was no blueberry yogurt. Otherwise, it's a clean, nice place, fast service when I was there, I suppose this is mostly due to it being self serve, you get what you want plus toppings then take it to the counter, it's weighed and you pay. Quick and easy. Good I think for parents to take especially their younger, whinier kids, as they don't have to wait & wait for their treats to come out from some mysterious place in back.“
“The yogurt didn't have much flavor. I had cookies and cream. My mom had strawberry and she said the same thing. It use to have more flavor.We weren't greeted as usual when we came in the door. The older lady wasn't as friendly as usual.“

“Late snack spot! The place is always clean, and the staff are friendly, BUT the best part is the Froyo itself. They always have around 8 or more flavors with dairy-free options too (which taste GREAT). They also have endless toppings, and fun promos, from frequent purchase points, to guess the weight for a free dish, and Gonzaga discounts. This place is awesome before, or after a game. “First time ever going there. My kids and grandkids loved it. I loved the different flavor options as well as how they determine what you pay. Very comfy atmosphere. The employee that was working was very patient and kind with the huge group that we had. Planning on going back, even if it's just for a treat for me!“

“This Baskin-Robbins has excellent service! It seemed like a popular spot when I visited. There was quite a few customers inside but everyone was taken care of quickly. The location is super clean and I love that every ice cream was marked with flavor, calories and if it was gluten-free. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and I plan on visiting again!“

“My husband and I each had a double scoop today so we tried four flavors. All were good, but not phenomenal. I had "Exhausted Parent" and "Raspberry Rhapsody, and my husband had "Fat Elvis" and "Munchie Madness." We liked that none were overly sweet and all were creamy. The service was very friendly and outgoing. The scoops were huge--too huge. I asked if I could have two flavors in a single scoop after seeing how large my husband's double serving was, but the server said it was not allowed. We sat indoors in comfy leather chairs and relaxed.“
“Always the sweetest staff working. So many toppings, they are never ending and you want to put them all on. The yogurt is so creamy and light. My go to flavor is the cake batter, it's so yummy but really any flavor you can't go wrong with.“

“I went to this Baskin Robins for the first time with some friends after a long work week. We were served ice cream by an employee named Kayleen. We have never experienced a kinder, more professional employee before and it honestly restored my faith in humanity. We have tried a few different ice cream shops in Spokane but none of them had employees as professional as Kayleen. The ice cream was Bussin and and whole staff had W Rizz. We will be coming back every week.“
“Friendly staff greets you as you enter the store. Ahi Tuna poke bowl was quite good. All of the ingredients seemed fresh. The rolled ice cream was delicious. And as a bonus the kids loved watching them make the ice cream in front of them. Overall no real complaints. Recommended“
