“Christmas eve day you had 2 incredible woman working the job of 5 people as your other employees called out. Despite cars backed up and the lobby busy they smiled and rocked every order and request. They were beyond impressive dealing with sooooo much yet made each customer welcome. They deserve a huge bonus and raise. I hope management sees this as acknowledges these gems you have in these employees.“

“Their burgers are very good and they always give a generous portion of fries but the loud rock music they play is an irritation. Trying to enjoy my meal but feel stress while eating. Asked to turn the volume down and I think they did just a little, but not enough. I guess I will take it to go in the future. FYI, I grew up in the 70's., so I love all that music but the trash music some choose to listen too today boggles my mind! Especially in a restaurant.“

“This place is insane! I came in first thing in the morning to buy tamales and just had a mouth orgasm. 😂 I don’t know what else I could say. These tamales were a 20/10! They had chicken pork and jalapeño and cheese. They are huge and the most flavorful thing I’ve ever eaten. This place is for sure a hidden gem. If you love Mexican food or you love tamales, this is where you want to go there isn’t anyone else anywhere even near here that has anything like this.“

“Finally a BK that will give you extra onions when asked. So many I frequent in Western WA call two rings extra onions, ridiculous. Then upon complaining to management I'm told it's protocol, again ridiculous. Bravo to the team at Monroe BK“

“Dunno his name but the drive thru worker guy at night is hilarious. Sometimes I could hear him from the speaker mumbling random funny things about anything he could think of.
Robert is his name. Found out when I was the last customer ordering food at night. Great worker and he does a good job making sure the food gets packed up quickly.“

“Stopped into this subway for a late lunch as I was passing through town where I encountered Deborah at the counter. She was upbeat and gave a friendly hello, was quick to take my order, and we exchanged some pleasant conversations as she made my sandwich. In and out I was back on the road in no time! Thanks for the quick and friendly service today Deborah as it’s greatly appreciated and way to be a rockstar!!!!“

“Best Pizza Hut location - food is always exactly as ordered with no errors and ready for pickup in less than 15 mins. Staff is very personable and welcoming, providing service that is unmatched. If upper management reads this review - double whatever you’re paying them !!! Chefs kiss 🤌🏼“

“Stephon from the drive thru did absolutely amazing. He made sure to give our sauces to us before, his words, forget them. Wonderful smile and let us know we will be waiting for our wedges, anyone complaining about an extra 5 min is crazy. He did exactly what he was suppose to do and communicated perfectly.“
