“DELICIOUS food, awesome service, and a fun vibe! The bulgogi burgers had plenty of rich meat. The thick-cut fries were perfectly salted. And the injeolmi milkshake was so refreshing. (If you haven’t tried injeolmi, it’s kind of nutty and roasty, but really light.) Our visit left us with full bellies and big smiles.
I’ll definitely be back for the bulgogi fries next time! The next time you want a burger (or bowl or burrito), come grab a real meal for the same price—or less than!—you’d pay at your tired chain drive-thru.“

“Good vibes! ^^
Kind friendly owner. Love supporting woman owned local businesses. Clean welcoming space. Outdoor seating. Root beer. Lots of Korean food around so choose wisely :)
Recommended: Dakgangjeong (Chicken) Authentic Korean taste and big portion. If you prefer milder food you may think it’s a little spicy but that’s subjective!“

“I ordered the beef teriyaki with extra meat, came out to about $36 which, before I GOT the food, felt like a lot. But when you see what you get it feels good. The food is excellent! The box couldn't stay closed on its own, they had to tape it shut. It fed me for two days. AWESOME. Gonna go back and get more tonight!“

“I had. The tonkatsu ramen here a few years ago, I think it has changed hands since. Today I ordered the Shibu ramen (kimchi) and enjoyed it very much. The broth and kimchi were the stars of this ramen bowl. They also sell canning jars of the fresh kimchi. The ramen is definitely worth trying if you’ve not had it before.“

“Tried Ginger & Scallion and it lived up to the hype! Their rich, creamy Khao Soi is packed with bold flavors—no wonder it’s always busy.
Must-Try:
🍜 Seared Duck Khao Soi – Juicy duck, fragrant curry broth.
🥩 Beef Tenderloin Khao Soi – Tender, flavorful beef.
🍖 Oxtail – Fall-off-the-bone goodness.
Ended with Pandan & Thai Tea Tres Leches Tiramisu from San Bartolo Bake Shop—light, fluffy, and unforgettable.
If you love Khao Soi, this spot is a must!“

I ordered the Soy garlic chicken and that was so good! It's worth the try! My GF got the spicy Korean chicken and that was also good. 10/10 would recommend a try.“

“Summary:
A great spot if you’re craving dumplings/potstickers. Their chive and shrimp dumplings are fresh and flavorful, making it worth a visit. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Dan Dan noodles as they fall short of authenticity. Service is quick and polite, run by what seems to be a hardworking couple. Overall, it’s a solid choice for dumplings, earning four stars.
Ambience (4/5):
The atmosphere is simple and no-frills, but it’s comfortable and welcoming. It’s a cozy spot to enjoy a casual meal, especially if you’re in the mood for dumplings. The focus here is clearly on the food, which is the main attraction.
Authenticity (3/5):
The dumplings are definitely the highlight, and the chive shrimp variety stands out as fresh and flavorful. However, the Dan Dan noodles were a letdown. They arrived in a stone bowl/pot, which looked unusual, and the taste was just okay—definitely not authentic. You can find better versions of Dan Dan noodles elsewhere.
Flavor (4/5):
The chive shrimp dumplings were fresh, with a great balance of flavor. I really enjoyed how the chive complemented the shrimp. However, the Dan Dan noodles were underwhelming in both presentation and taste. Stick to the dumplings—they’re what the restaurant does best.
Cost (4/5):
For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are reasonable. You’ll get a solid meal without breaking the bank, especially if you focus on the dumplings, which are definitely worth the price.
Service (5/5):
The service was excellent. It seems to be a couple running the restaurant, and they were fast, efficient, and very polite. The speed of the service really impressed me, and they made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
Tips for Visiting:
1. Stick to the dumplings: The dumplings are the star of the show here, especially the chive shrimp dumplings. I’d recommend focusing on these and skipping the Dan Dan noodles.
2. Quick service: The service is speedy and polite, so even during busy times, you won’t have to wait long for your food.
3. Casual spot: If you’re looking for a casual place with good dumplings, this is a great choice. The ambiance is simple, but it’s all about the food here.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The service was seamless—attentive without being intrusive, with every staff member radiating pride in what they do. The sushi? Impeccable. Each piece was a work of art—fresh, balanced, and masterfully crafted. The chef’s selection melted in our mouths, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. From the ambiance to the presentation, everything reflected care, precision, and a love for the craft. They kept the sake flowing and the good times rolling. A truly memorable dining experience—we’ll be back without question. Umma will make sure you feel at home!“

“We saw some good reviews and thought we'd give it a try. Great call! The place is excellent. I had the crispy chicken, which was the best I've had. I had it served with mixed vegetables that were perfectly wok'd, still crunchy, not soggy, and with great flavor. Food is cooked to order, fresh, and very flavorful. Staff is friendly and hard working. Will definitely be back for more!“

From the moment we were greeted with genuine smiles to the last bite of our meal, every aspect of our experience radiated with hospitality and charm. The ambiance exuded a cozy familiarity, inviting us to relax and savor the moment together. As we indulged in the diverse menu offerings, each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, showcasing the culinary prowess of the kitchen. “THE BEST CHINESE RESTRAUNT NEAR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you walk into the restaurant, you are hit with the delicious aroma of food. There is not wait time either, so you instantly get seated down. Once you are seated they come right away to take your order and once it arrives, the food is so so so fresh and hot. Staff are so nice, they even remembered my order. Food comes out PIPING hot so fresh and crispy chicken. Even when you do take out the food is super hot. Therefore this place deserves a 100/10 star rating. “The Seven Flavor Beef was a well know West Seattle favorite of the new owner’s former now closed restaurant, Lee’s Asian. He had added it to the Judy Fu menu. A bit too salty this time around. Reduce the salt and you’ll have a new neighbor winner. Folks in West Seattle have gone without their Seven Flavor Beef fix for so long have wondered. So here you go.“

“The texture, cor, taste, sauces, seasoning, moisture, softness of the chicken, the freshness of the vegetables, and the richness yet not too rich teriyaki sauce mixture is almost to die for! Well balanced dish (although I had extra chicken), and the atmosphere (me being alone in the restaurant felt kinda good, but it's a little forlorn). Why not many people eat at this location is beyond me, but I HIGHLY recommend eating here. True quality and real appreciation of Teriyaki. Next time, I have to try something else besides just teriyaki. :)“
