“Bothell’s Ta Joia isn’t your sleepy strip-mall filler—it’s a technicolor veggie parade disguised as dinner. I ordered bibimbop, spring rolls, and the feijoada bowl, which felt like a samba in a rice bowl. It’s the rare spot where “eating your vegetables” is less a chore and more a sly dare. Flavor bombs everywhere, and suddenly I’m craving greens I never cared about. That’s Bothell magic.“

“What a gem! As you enter this place, the decor is inviting and modern. The owners are very friendly. The fusion Korean food doesn't compromise the genuine taste of Korean food and this coming from a very picky person when it comes to korean food. The portion is huge. The bulgogi burrito is large enough for 2 people to share. We didn't order the burgers but I heard that the owners specialize in burgers. Next time I'm definitely going to try the burgers!“

“THE FOOD IS THE BEST! I LOVE HOW THEY PUT YOUR FOOD ON A SHELL QUALITY TRAY AND THE DESIGNS INSIDE THE PLACE. THERE IS ALSO A BATHROOM IN THE PLACE TOO. THE RESTAURANT IS HECKA SMALL BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE CONDITION IN THE BATHROOM IS ALRIGHT, NOT THE BEST AND SMALL. ORDER A BANH MI FROM THE LARGE SELECTION IN THE MENU.“

“So good. Jappanese, Korean, Chinese, they're doing it all. Portions are big. We went 2 days in a row despite there being 100 other restaurants nearby. Got a spicy teriyaki bento box one day, and General Tao the next. Both were excellent. All meals come with mixed greens and a nice vinagrette, and potstickers. Just go, you wont regret it.“

“We are smitten with the oxtail Khao Soi but lately have been opting for the newer Wagyu (both A5 & Japanese are to die for!) I wish they were open on Mondays - that's when I have the worst craving for Khao Soi! My brother likes the tenderloin or braised beef. We've tried all of them except for goat... but that's because we are so satisfied and craving the Oxtail and the wagyu!! Also there is a very tasty deconstructed Passion Fruit pie with i think a shortbread component and a torched meringue star topping - so soooo good! You MUST try Ginger & Scallion - you won't be sorry!!! I am trying to convince them to open a location closer to the Lynnwood/Lake Forest Park area where I live/work! I'd go every day....“

“Fantastic teriyaki. Got the tofu teriyaki and it was so filling with stir fried vegetables. Huge portion. Rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked. My husband’s chicken teriyaki was equally amazing and my son at it all up - including the cabbage salad.“

“Some of the best teriyaki in town. One of the only teriyaki stores I’ve ever seen that’s open on Sunday too. They’re busy enough for their food is fresh all the time and their food comes out hot. Probably my favorite teriyaki store in the area. Try them out.“

“Ordered the tofu teriyaki and the orange tofu bowl. Was very pleased with the taste! I was worried at first seeing another reviewer who was given meat instead of tofu, but I did not have that issue. I have been looking for a good tofu teriyaki in the N Seattle area for a while and will definitely return.“

“Wow! Wow! Wow! This place did not disappoint. Loco moco is a fave, with its delicious gravy over a thick grilled burger patty. Gingery cole slaw, Mac salad, rice and a perfectly runny egg completed this dish. We also tried the garlic shrimp, full of roasted garlic cloves and amazing flavor. It was a little on the spicy side but not overdone. This is a small place but clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and efficient. We will be back!“

“We’ve been coming here for a long time (since back when it was Full Moon Thai) and it’s only gotten better over the years. Each ownership change has improved the food and the atmosphere.
The dishes are always solid, the vibe is relaxed, and it’s one of those places you can count on for an amazing Tom Yum soup or a Thai tea without fighting the crowds in busier areas.
Another big plus: there’s almost always free parking. That alone makes it an easy weeknight favorite. Issaya is one of those standbys we keep returning to.“

“Friendly staff and clean space. I was in the mood for noodles and the beef noodle was fantastic! Broth was great and it was filling! So good and honestly taste better then some bigger more expensive names... Like din tai...
I was eyeing dumplings but she told me that would definitely be too much food for just me. Lol! She was right. Appreciate the honesty. I still got the BBQ steam bunds to go and they were good!
I'll be back!“

“Today we ordered the Mongolian beef with white rice and the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice. I’m not going to lie — this is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Mill Creek. Both the beef and chicken were fresh, and the sauces were absolutely delicious. Thank you!“

“Delicious and affordable place not too far from Edmonds downtown. Owners are very friendly and kind, making sure they meet your needs. We wanted to make a take out order for the Kimchi Creamy Udon, and have the udon cooked separately since we were planning to have it the day after. They initially said they never done it before and said it might be difficult, but made an exception and prepared it in a way we needed it hearing that we lived far away. We cooked it the day after, it was delicious!!
We had LA kalbi teriyaki and fried chicken in the restaurant too. Can't go wrong with LA kalbi. We were surprised at the HUGE portion of the fried chickens. One comment is that the Yangnyum fried chicken had more sour taste to it than sweet for our palette (we're Koreans). Wasn't sure if it was just a one-off thing or if that's the taste they prefer.
Saw a lot of people dining in and making take out orders. Would recommend giving a try if you're in the neighborhood.“

“We saw some good reviews and thought we'd give it a try. Great call! The place is excellent. I had the crispy chicken, which was the best I've had. I had it served with mixed vegetables that were perfectly wok'd, still crunchy, not soggy, and with great flavor. Food is cooked to order, fresh, and very flavorful. Staff is friendly and hard working. Will definitely be back for more!“

“The food here is absolutely amazing! I seriously did not know it was possible to sell such generous portions of fresh sushi at this price. My big back friend and I (also a big back) shared a family combo that was only $69 after tax that had 4 gigantic rolls and a boat-load of karaage. We weren't able to finish and had enough leftover for another meal. On top of all that, the service is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, and more. I'm a self-certified sushi connoisseur and I can confidently say this is the best value sushi I've ever had by far. The salmon nigiri especially was super fresh and had blanket-sized slices of salmon. This is 100% a must-try restaurant.“

“Food is authentic and good. One needs to have patience as it is just a mom n pop place. A bit slow on service due to that. You also have to get your own silverware, water or korean hot tea.
Best to have someone grab a table, then you place your order at the counter to get a fast meal. Food comes out hot, tasty and large quantity size. Family style eating.“

“Their Korean-inspired Asian fusion burritos are outstanding! I’ve tried almost all of them, but the Flaming Boar is probably my favorite. Fair warning: these burritos are big—enough to share or it will likely become two meals for you! Either way you win.“

“Fantastic teriyaki spot! The food is delicious, fresh and not sparing in any of its ingredients. The pricing is unbeatable for what you get and salad is included with menu items that normally would not receive a salad elsewhere. You can't talk about this place without mentioning the phenomenal staff! They are very kind and very helpful. This is far and away my favorite teriyaki place!

I have lived here in Everett for 2 years and this is one of the very few locations that I can truly say have delicious food. “I've tried a few different drinks here, and they've all been great. Some are a little sweet, so be mindful of that when you order.
There's a lot of customization options and plenty of combinations to try.
The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.
Sometimes, they are a little busy and don't have enough people to keep up. When they're in a rush, the bubble waffles don't come out as crispy, so they're best ordered when it's quiet.“

“The texture, cor, taste, sauces, seasoning, moisture, softness of the chicken, the freshness of the vegetables, and the richness yet not too rich teriyaki sauce mixture is almost to die for! Well balanced dish (although I had extra chicken), and the atmosphere (me being alone in the restaurant felt kinda good, but it's a little forlorn). Why not many people eat at this location is beyond me, but I HIGHLY recommend eating here. True quality and real appreciation of Teriyaki. Next time, I have to try something else besides just teriyaki. :)“
