“Saison is great here. Love that they are super dog friendly (they even have treats and water bowls) and lots of shaded outdoor space. This place is 21+ too which is a relief. Kids are cool, but sometimes it's nice to have a place without them.“

“Honestly I thought I had reviewed this Urban Family location a year or two ago - but must have not gotten around to it! I love it's upstairs setup which overlooks their patio and a nice corner of the Ballard Brewery district. Beers are consistently solid and service always quick. I like that they often play movies against their large interior walls as well. Great place to relax!“
“fair isle has rapidly become my go to brewery since they opened. a little off the beaten path means it doesn't get nearly as loud and "bro-tastic" as the other Ballard breweries. the beer itself is excellent and their experimental nature means their is always something new to try. the occasional food is always tasty. overall, fair isle is my favorite of all the Ballard breweries; a well hidden secret that I hate to share.“
“I can’t tell you how much I love this place. Flying Bike is a corner stone of the Greenwood community. I have been doing Run Club there for 3 years. They are always rotating their taps with new and exciting beers to try. Their Cold IPA is one of my favorites (please bring it back!) Since Flying Bike is a co-op, members actually work there. They are deeply invested in the success of the business and go above and beyond to hold community events and make it fun for everyone. It’s a great place for families in the afternoon and date nights in the evenings. Being a member has a ton of benefits, like members only tasting events and even choosing what style will be their next beer. “It's always packed when weather is nice, and vibes are on point, but as a result, it can get CRAZY busy. We came earlier in the afternoon on a day with gray weather and it was still very hard to find a table. Beer was decent but at $8 a draft, not really a good value.
I'd say swing by if you're in the area, or if there's something you're interested in and it's very early in the afternoon, by all means go for it, but you can't just wander by on a Friday or Saturday in the sunshine and expect to find a seat.“

“This place is incredible. The food, the drinks, NA options, ambiance, the people are amazing. Could not be more comfortable. We just had an event there that everybody loved on the garden patio. Could not recommend more! Everybody in the party felt the garden patio setting was just super fun, great vibes, quiet and protected from the wind. Beautiful trees and bamboo. “Craig and the rest of the Rooftop Brewing crew run a warm and welcoming experience. While most of the seating is outside it is still cozy with a very easy going atmosphere. A few TVs to catch the game but not too distracting like a bar only focused on sports. Just the right balance.There are heaters to keep you at a good temperature even when mother nature decides to challenge you.Bonus is a food truck only feet away to keep you nourished as you sip your tasty brew.“

“A consistently good, but rarely exceptional brewery. Perhaps my expectations are too high due to the history, head brewer, etc for this brewery, but I was expecting some truly fantastic IPAs. While all of the IPAs on tap were definitely above average, nothing blew us away in the way we hoped. Cloudburst definitely knows what they are doing, though. I expect them to be a pillar of Seattle brewing for the foreseeable future. Staff was fine, but not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. While we went in the middle of winter, it was approximately the same temperature inside as it was outside as well. There are a few kinks to work out as far as service goes.“

“The beer tenders are great and I love the trivia on Tuesdays. beer it's good. But, I miss some of the Cairn classics. Wish they would bring them back. Seaplane in particular. Parking is awful. they used to open up the patio area for parking during the winter. postdoc has not done this despite the fact that nobody wants a beer outside when it's raining or snowing. great place though to hang out. kid and dog friendly. Their membership program is pretty awesome too!!!!“

“I had my baby shower here. It's a great space for events! they had root bear and ginger ale for me, and lots of tasty brews for my guests. Lovely space for daytime or night time, lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Very sweet staff.“

“If I could give this a higher rating, I would! Some of the best beers I have tasted. We loved the Over Ripe and the berry smoothie. They were out of other ones we wanted to try. The service was also spectacular. We will go out of our way to make sure to come back!“
“My partner and I hosted our welcome drinks/dinner for our Feb. 2025 wedding at the Barrel House. We are so happy with how everything turned out! Lisa was very helpful, she showed us the space before we booked and answered all our questions. They offered a great variety of beers, ciders, and N/A options. We used the projector screen, and mic, and my family went nuts with decorating the barrels, super fun! We highly recommend Reuben's Barrel House for private parties/events!“

“If you like IPAs, especially hazy IPAs, then Single Hill Commons is the place for you. Excellent variety in addition to IPAs. Beer available in three different sizes, including 5 oz pours. Good selection of canned beers in case you want to take some home. On street parking was not a problem.“

“I love this place! From their hazy IPA to the great atmosphere, it’s our go to. The little container on the trail is my favorite next to the pea patch. We always enjoy playing corn hole and hanging out in the sun on a nice day with a good brew. The larger Chainline is nice too, perfect little place for catching a game or a stop when running errands. I love that they have dog treats and there are always pups around.“

“Nice, casual brewery has great food to accompany your beer. I really enjoyed the fish and chips - two pieces of cod with nicely done fries - $20. The fish is beer battered. You pick up your food from a truck parked out front; they give you a buzzer so you know when your food is ready. I don't normally drink near beer, but I didn't want to drink at lunch - and Reuben's NA beer pleasantly surprised me. It was really good!

“We frequently dine at Elliott Bay Brewing in Lake City. We had great service from Will, our waiter. We come often and he totally remembered our usual fish and chips order. I enjoy their rotating cider choices, and they are happy to oblige with samples to try. The meal was perfectly prepared. Nice fresh fish, tasty Caesar salad. $70 included tip. My husband had a margarita and I had a schooner of cider.“

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“
