“My three kids took me here on my birthday and it was really awesome the people were really great they gave me a complimentary ice cream sundae with a candle lit in it and it really meant a lot to have that so I really appreciate it although they didn't sing Happy Birthday to me my kids did which was perfect I had the bacon bacon burger and I split it with my oldest And let me tell you when that is the most yummy as burger I've ever had And it's really big too“

“Great local burger place. Been going here forever. Burgers are really good but the absolute highlight is the onion rings. The best onion rings I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Seriously worth a visit just for the onion rings. Great shakes too. Pretty decent cost as well, especially considering the cost of fast food now days. Way better than any fast food and not much more money. They can definitely get really busy at times but they’re good about cranking the food out at a decent pace.“

I as a vegetarian was super grateful about the option to sub almost all the burgers with a tofu katsu! Highly recommended for all the vegetarian friends out there! 🌱

“We were visiting Seattle from New York, so we searched on Google and found the best reviews of Shahana Steakhouse. We decided to stop by for the Ramadan Buffet (we visited a couple more restaurants in Seattle), so the best Iftar buffet and the out-of-class service in the Seattle area is here, with excellent customer service and a perfectly managed buffet. I noticed they were crazy busy on weekdays. The restaurant was full of people, and there was a long line; the staff served dates in the line and continued filling the dishes with food, even for families that were joining very late. Everything was fresh and warm, including their delicious pizza, fried chicken, and tikka boti. I loved Shahi Tukray; you must try it if you are there for a buffet. They even served the food at the tables for the customers who came in later. They came to us twice at our table to serve the food. Everything was very well set up, and there was fantastic management. “This is possibly the best burger around town. Crispy fatty with just the right amount of toppings and sauce. The bun holds its own to the greasy(in a good way) burger. And the price is very reasonable.

Reason for 4 stars... 1) The area is the kind that makes you worried about the safety of your car.
2) Ordered the Sma5h fries, and the fries were swimming in sauce. It's just not my preference.

Bottom line, would I come here again???

If you read up on the background of this place, wanting to be your neighborhood joint, great food and drinks and ambience, then I think they are there. We had the mushroom etouffee with Cajun prawns, fried chicken sandwich, apple salad, and the beignets! I'm sure it is a personal preference, but I thought the beignets were better than at Toulouse Petit. Can't wait to try brunch!!“
