“10/10 — The matcha latte was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced (not too sweet, not too bitter). The banh mi sandwiches were fresh and flavorful with that perfect crunch from the bread. Together? Absolute perfection — the kind of combo you crave again and again.“

“Visited today with a friend, we got a 16oz sunset gradient, a 16oz blended coconut coffee, and a 24oz pan-cha matcha.
We spent $22 before tip and $25 after. Not bad at all!
We went during rush hour (12:45p) and the store was packed when we got there and had emptied by the time we left. We were there for maybe 10 minutes, Love speedy service!
The sunset gradient is delicious and refreshing and tastes like ginger beer and pear (we really liked this one).
The matcha is delicious as well, very sweet, but should be mixed or drank through a straw because my first sip was straight matcha powder. (while noticably sweet it is not at all overpowering the drink)
The coconut coffee is also very good, stronger than I was expecting without tasting bitter or burnt.
The decor was absolutely beautiful, I could only get a photo of the mural but the lighting was very aesthetically pleasing, the floor had beautiful tiling and the backstock area was a loft space above the counter which was decorated to the nines.
There was an option to order at the counter with a barista or to order on a tablet in store, which is nice for people with social anxiety or disabilities!
Overall a great spot to stop in and grab a cup and enjoy the art!“

“We brought our four kids here and they had a good amount of background music that we weren't too loud for other visitors. It seemed like a great location for kids yet also a great location for anyone who needed some time on their laptops for business or school! Majority of the people were there for school or business on their laptops but didn't seem to notice the extra noise from our kids Because they had such nice background music playing“

“5 ⭐️ River Trail Roasters is a gem in downtown! The young female barista (pretty sure her name started with a D?) was absolutly beautiful and super atentive. The younger guy was great too, real sharp and friendly. Awesome vibe, will defenitly be back!“

“It's a drive-through. The brekkie pastry I got was awesome and highly recommended by the barista. Glad I decided to park and enjoy rather than speed through then try to manage coffee & eating a pastry in the car while driving. Surroundings? Meh. But whatever coz it's a drive through, yeah?
Spot check on surroundings could be done through daylight hours though. Sad to note some passersby, whether customers or not, would randomly dispose of things. Maybe a trashcan prior to the windows and another right after?“

“I've been going to this coffee shop for 3 years and they are my absolute favorite. Great drinks, great specials each month, fun decor, great staff.
Check out their Instagram for monthly special drink menus (coffee or redbull/lotus). You can also find current hours and holiday hours there.
Their caramel macchiato is less sweet than Starbucks. Their matcha is on the sweeter side for matcha and doesn't need additional syrup - it's great on its own but isn't too much if you do add syrup flavor. They will happily customize drinks for you including different milks or random syrups.
Only thing I don't recommend is the cold brew.“

“Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.“

“Spacious fun place. I like the counter decor with the old school sandwich board and physical letters/numbers. Coffee was good, love it can get it in glass mug. Not exactly my flavor profile. Breakfast sandwich was very high quality. Baked good we tried was good. I liked this place, just felt like they were trying to do a little too much. Showed up in decor, food and drink choices. Worth a try, they have some different specialty drinks.“
“It was my first time ever visiting this cutesy little coffee stand before, I came by early this morning, just shy of an hour after open and as soon as I walk in the door, knew this would be a great coffee place. The atmosphere from the building itself is so warm and cozy, but the barista really just helped round it out! I unfortunately never got the lovely ladies name (forgot to ask) who served me this morning but she made a delightful toasted marshmallow chai with 2 espresso shots for me this morning and it was delectable! perfect way to start my morning, my only gripe is that the chai concentrate isn't my favorite but I'm a very picky person when it comes to chai :) 10/10 will go here again when I want a little sweet treat“

“This is a neighborhood spot. There's only street parking but it's well worth the effort to find a spot and walk over. The usual crowd is a mix with lots of UW college people. There's 2 stories almost entirely dedicated to seating and fast internet. I always get a lot of work done here.“
“My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of state and were in search today for some local coffee to try. I found sky espresso on yelp and felt good about it so we decided to give it a try. My Gut was right! Not only did we enjoy our drinks but the service was even better. Our lovely barista Dee, also the owner, was so kind and helpful with customizing our drinks. They have an endless list of flavors to chose from(which are listed out, and super easy to chose from) and they have great sugar-free options. My boyfriend ordered a salted Carmel
Cold brew, and I got a sugar-free salted Carmel chai latte. I’ve had a lot of chai lattes from all over, but this one made my top 3 for sure! Definitely recommend supporting this small business and giving yourself a perfect treat if you live in the area:).“
