“I’m still leaving a higher star review because I love this place and come at least 2-3 times a week!
But this past weekend on Sunday morning around 9-10 am, I had my friends visiting in town and we ordered breakfast here, I understand it can be annoying because putting together the breakfast takes more time. With that being said I was very understanding and apologetic, but even with this there was microwave door slamming and eye rolls while the food was being made. I would say maybe call ahead of time if you are ordering multiple sandwiches and breakfast items to try and avoid this. It was probably just a one-off situation but I figured it was worth taking note of.“

Wheelchair accessibility: City of Spokane Valley or Starbucks did not complete the sidewalk or walkway. No problem if you come by car to the parking lot or come from the neighborhood to the south but extremely difficult for wheelchairs and support walkers if you come by city bus or the neighborhood to the north.“

“This place has become my go to for my caffeine fix! So much that I take my doggos here for coffee and a car wash every Friday.
The drinks are consistently awesome and the Bro-istas as they call them are friendly. If six stars was an option, I choose that ?
Update: months later, this is still my go-to. The only thing that's really changed is that the Bro-istas know me at this point. I love the coffee, location and the people. Can't stop won't stop!
Dietary restrictions: They have tons of sugar free options. They are a bastion of hope for sugar free enjoyers, as everyone else seems to only have sugar free vanilla anymore!
Parking: I seem to see a parking spot every time I go here but I feel like it's for staff. Though parking isn't really the point of Dutch Bros!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly yeeee!“

“we go every Sunday, its my sons favorite. and he absolutely loves when the employees remember his drink order! strawberry lemonade blended, kids size. it's our little tradition to get a Dutch bros treat every week :) couldn't ask for better service! it blows my kiddos mind every time they recognize him and interact with him, he's autistic and cherishes those moments. thank you dutch bros!“

“The blonde girl that helped me was so sweet and friendly. I got a pumpkin vanilla chai with oatmilk and it was phenomenal. I normally don’t go to this coffee stand just because it’s a little out of the way but I think I’ll be frequenting more due to the great experience I had. I think their prices are pretty fair as well. (Also love the remodel and new branding, it’s super cute)“
“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕“

“Had mutiple good experienceas with this location. Sometimes the drinks aren't as flavorful as others but the staff are very sweet. They tend to make sure lines go fast which is pretty cool. They also have a walk up for pedestrians which is pretty cool.“

“Best drive-thru coffee spot in Washington! The Mexican Mocha's here are epic. The girls here are always upbeat and friendly and they are extremely knowledgeable and creative when making specialty coffee's. The manager Rosa is great and can basically make any flavored coffee you may be in the mood for. If you want to kickstart your morning with a laugh and some great coffee, this is the place!“

“What great service! It was our 1st time in and the staff was so friendly and helpful, even offered us a donut while we were choosing our flavors. We got home and had to try a few of the flavors at once. They had amazing flavors, and the consistency and textures were more than I expected.“

“We love this hometown/homestyle cafe sooo much that we have our breakfast there every morning. Big biscuits, fruit cups with kiwi and blueberries. The Early bird breakfast is amazing for the price. Always satisfied, and great personal service!!!“
