“Every time I've been the store has been clean and cool and I've been greeted enthusiastically with eye contact and smiles, I love their desserts. I love how the app tells you every Monday what new cookies or cakes are in. I'm going to buy a dozen of the cakes this week and put them in my freezer. I'll add photos later, I couldn't help myself. I ate it as soon as I got in the car“

“Super friendly staff & management made a ‘not so great’ situation right!
I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered online. The employee couldn’t find my order and gave me a cake off the shelf. I figured there was some sort of mess up. I was in a hurry so I didn’t go back. A few minutes later, I get a call and text from the manager stating that there was a mix up and they found my cake. He even offered to deliver the cake to my house! (which is ~30min away). I really appreciated this gesture because you don’t often see customer service like this anymore!!“

“Amber from Scoop There It Is was such a hit at our wedding! She brought the most amazing ice cream bar, and it quickly became one of the highlights of the night. Everyone absolutely loved it—our guests are still raving about how fun and delicious it was. The setup was beautiful, the flavors were incredible, and Amber made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. It added such a unique and memorable touch to our reception, and it truly fit the joyful, celebratory vibe of the evening. We are so glad we chose Scoop There It Is for our wedding.
