“I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and such a genuine, sweet attitude. The customer service was top-notch, friendly, patient and incredibly attentive. If every employee had this kind of heart and energy, the world and of course fast food service would be a better place.“

“It’s close to home and sometimes has good cheap deals that the kids like. Staff takes long to get to counter, so food is sitting long on shelf waiting while we just stare at it. They sometimes forget items ordered. They fail to tell you that when you call and they say can go pick up the items they messed up it’s only waiting for you for 30days. Well good way to not replace the items. Oh and make sure you count your chicken nuggets, I had several orders missing nuggets! What’s happening with customer service?“

“So happy to have a Jersey Mike’s in Pasco! Great service by who I am sure was the owner in helping us get the correct toppings on our sandwiches. I only wish there was better signage about the fundraiser that was going on for Chiawana Athletics and coupons that were supposed to be handed out (the person working the register said if you bought a regular sandwich you got a coupon but not sure if that was correct). I don’t even know if any of what I paid for my sandwich went to the fundraiser.“

“Excellent customer service! I went to Wendy’s for lunch, got a salad and Jr. Bacon CB! Left the drive through reached in the bag for my guilty pleasure of baconnie goodness only to discover I had no CB! I called and they knew right away who I was. I turned around went in to get my burger, remade fresh and got an unexpected treat. A strawberry frosty and a free lunch for my next visit! They rocked! “Went in for dinner last night, Tuesday. The place was packed! The employees were nice, never had an attitude, like I've experienced before in places that are busy, and they all seemed worked well together. The place was clean, our food tasted great (chicken nachos, veggie salad, steak burrito and chile lime quesadilla) and looked great! I like this crew, and we enjoyed our visit!“

“Always great food and service. Visited yesterday and asked about the wraps in their post, one looked like a buffalo chicken fries wrap, but turns out it was not and it’s not on the menu. Staff offered to make me one anyways! It was so delicious!! I will ask for it going forward and hope they make it, but hopefully it becomes a menu item. Thanks again for the great experience.“

“Great service from the Store Manager today. However, I found out that they are no longer taking orders AT THE COUNTER. That definitely killed many jobs across Our Country. To order inside the restaurant you must use their TOUCH PAD regardless of who touch it before you. Perhaps, that person before didn't WASH THEIR HANDS after using the restroom. That's GROSS & and DISGUSTING, to say the least. Not one employee wiped down those TouchPads during the 35 minutes I spent inside the restaurant. Taco Bell can do better than this.“

“Wendy's in kenniwick was a dumpster fire got a refund d from there gave Wendy's another chance in pasco. They did not disappoint, promote the manager at this location. Fire the manager in kenniwick. This Wendy's location saved face for your brand. Way to go pasco!“

“The pizzas at this Pizza Hut stand out from other local pizza places because of the ingredients and the ovens they use. The staff is helpful as soon as you walk in and they do not act too busy or ignore you, which makes the experience better.

The location is a little hidden and the parking can be a little awkward, but it is what it is. Overall the food and service make it worth coming here.“

“As good as its gonna get for cheap fast food, they get the orders wrong plenty and sometimes they’re just so disrespectful with the food. One time they just threw my chicken sandwich in the bag like they didnt bother assembling. so always double check your bag before going home. Also they are SOOOO SLOWWWW at night, like if you come after 10 pm they serve like 1 car every 5 minutes. Your gonna spend 39 minutes minimum in the drive thru. Not sure why but its ONLY at night time“

Papa Johns continues to impress with how quick they are in getting orders out. Even during busy times the team works hard and you can tell they are dedicated to making great pizza. The consistency is solid and the quality feels dependable.
