“So, absolutely impressive drive thru coffee. We went for the first time yesterday and are headed there for our second this morning. The keys to greatness for this business are 1) the incredible woman that helped us at the window, the model of the employees we would want for our own venture, 2) great location - smart use of space from order window to pick up window, and 3) the bagel I had was amazing - got to learn who makes those!“

“Great location. Excellent hiking trails and lake access. Rooms in Storm King section were ok, not great. Bathroom was good sized but had a pedestal sink & one tiny shelf as the only place to set toiletries. Had to drag everything in and out each day due to lack of any space to set things. Only 1 towel hook so place to hang wet towels or clothes.“

“Love the hotsprings and staff at this location! The cabins are old and in need of TLC - ours had some mold growing in a corner inside, one of the outside swings had collapsed and sat unattended, so maintenance and reinvesting is necessary. It's over priced and poor accomodations but the hotsprings makes up for it and a very young and kind staff were gracious and attentive!“

“I am editing to add how impressed I am with the manager reaching out to me. They have assured me they will be having a talk with employees and offered to host us again. I'll be giving them another go. I'm a big fan of the level of accountability and willingness to accept constructive criticism to improve. Nicely done Ms Jessica I wanted to give this place a glowing review I really really love how they support local musicians. Went in tonight 7/6/24 to see Professor play. Band was awesome!! Drink special was yummy, view was amazing, place is clean and cozy. But, the entire experience was ruined by a rude woman working the bar. Snapped at me three times to move out of her way when I was stuck between people and physically couldn't. Cursed under her breath at me when I was assisting a friend with a broken martini glass, gave my husband a horrible attitude when he was trying to pay our tab - he walked up and she was busy so he stands there and she looks up at him, rolls her eyes and snaps at him, " what do YOU want?" He asked to pay his tab and she sighs and says, "ITLL BE A WAIT.". Cool no problem take your time, 30 seconds later she snaps at him with, "WHATS THE NAME WHATS THE NAME" not even giving him a chance to reply before repeating .. Girl needs to find a different line of work - that attitude ain't it. This place would be awesome without that snark. Don't think I'm going back - I'm not paying those prices to be treated that poorly. She needs to be back of house, have some intense hospitality training, or move along. Just yikes“
