“Our favorite Mexican food place in Port Angeles. Their food makes my Arizona native husband feel right at home. This isn’t the everything drowning in sauce and covered with melted cheese style of food you will find in most Texas-Mex places. The food is freshly prepared and presented so that you can see each and every component. More of a you stopped by to see your Sonoran Tia and she’s feeding you place. The food comes out pretty mild, but there is a good salsa bar with two or three salsas, chili oil, and pickled carrots and jalapeños as well as limes and sometimes (my favorite) cilantro. Anyone who wants more kick to their food has lots of choices to spice things up. In all, a good place with generous portions and a reasonable price.“

“What an unexpected amazing evening at Hangar 19! The beer was excellent - had the new Sabro Sonic (highly recommend if you like IPA), and Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable about all things beer and beyond! Will be making this a frequent stop when I’m in town.“

“There are several vegan dishes. We had the Tofu Homestyle and Mixed Vegetables with Fresh Tofu in Garlic Szechuan Sauce. Both were amazing. Really fresh vegetables and super flavorful. This place and Sabai are now our two favorites in Port Angeles.“

“We visited here as part of day trip from Victoria which included beers at local establishments. This was our third stop and a great opportunity to try out local craft beers. at the time, they also had hot dogs on special so we had some of them to fortify ourselves for our trip back across on the Coho.“

“Love the hotsprings and staff at this location! The cabins are old and in need of TLC - ours had some mold growing in a corner inside, one of the outside swings had collapsed and sat unattended, so maintenance and reinvesting is necessary. It's over priced and poor accomodations but the hotsprings makes up for it and a very young and kind staff were gracious and attentive!“

“You need to see the crystal clear blue water if this lake in person to fully appreciate how beautiful it is. The lodge gives you central access to all the activities the lake has to offer. Jumping off the dock in front of the lodge doesn't get old, and there's the nearby Marymere falls hike when you need a break from the water. Definitely check out the Devils Punch Bowl on the other side of the lake after a short drive and hike. Jumping off the little pedestrian brodge there is very fun.“
