“Today was my first time participating in triple star day and it did not disappoint!! I called ahead to make sure I qualified on the app, and confirm the gift card rules etc. the staff member was very kind over the phone even though I’m sure it was a very busy day. She made sure to also mention 50% off merchandise which I didn’t know from the app. Huge plus as I was thinking to get a holiday gift in the coming weeks..When I came in my order was already ready and waiting for me at the counter (I had never done order ahead at this location either, only drive-up). The store was very clean and the staff members guided me without prompt to where to find the things I needed to eat and drink inside. They also asked if I was the one who called earlier deducting from the quick conversation I had. They remembered me! I clearly was new to this location and to the promotion haha.While shopping, I had some questions about the cups and lids and the employees figured out how to handle them professionally. I have to say the top shelf here is very high! There was a slight delay in scanning one of the cups at the register/receiving the 50% off but they went above and beyond to resolve it very quickly for me.My food and beverages were made to my customizations and were tasty. They only thing I would have requested was for my frap to get an extra wipe, my hands ended up a little chocolaty.. I opted to try a refresher with vanilla pumps today instead of the pink drink version w/ coconut milk. Personal preference but I think I’ll skip the extra $0.80 for this add on in the future but it was nice to try.I earned so many extra stars today, and eagerly reminded my friends to stop in to take advantage. I’ve generally always had good service from this company, but today was a real treat. Thank you Olhava Way Starbucks, keep up the great customer service.Also, quick shout out to Poulsbo Police! While I was waiting to write this review in the parking lot (it’s December dark and foggy outside) a patrol officer drove by the front of the building and sat for a few second to make sure the staff inside saw him! They all waved at each other through the storefront glass wall and he went on his way. What a cool safety check, and something you don’t normally see.“

“I ordered the "Ring of Fire" sandwich online and picked it up. The order was ready on time, and it tasted delicious. The chedar jalapeños bagel paired well with the siracha mayo, turkey, and bacon. Will definitely be ordering this sandwich again.“

“I finally decided to give Cove Coffee a try. I thought I would give myself a treat for my birthday. I stopped before I got to the window to read the menu. When I got to the window, I read the smaller menu in front of me about the seasonal specials. I read the specials menu deciding on what I might want to try. All the while the person at the window was engaged in a personal conversation with someone else. Finish with my reading. I waited for another minute or so to listen to the blather about her recommendations of somewhere to go, and how the other person would feel accepted. Blah, blah, blah. Sorry, that's not why I drove into your place of business. Read your menu and waited for your employee to do their job which they did not. I can go anywhere and be ignored. But to be expected to purchase something afterwards, spending my money for rudeness. You have lost a customer that you never had.“

“Good service and large booths and many tables. Food was 3 to 4 stars - about what you’d expect at a hotel breakfast/lunch cafe. The best plate we had was the Eggs Benedict. Good hollandaise, perfectly cooked eggs, light and delicious ham and tasty hash browns. The Chicken Fried Steak was “pretty good” but not great. We prefer it made from ground or pounded beef and this was a breaded sirloin. Large, but a touch firm and just not as delicious as what we usually get in Portland diners. The eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly and it was probably enough food for two folks to share.

Our son got the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were lovely: fluffy and large. Definitely homemade. The gravy was more buttery than creamy and hardly any sausage in it. I’m kinda on the fence about recommending it and my son said he wished he got pancakes instead.

Prices weren’t too bad. I would eat here again if I come back to the great Clearwater Resort.

Vegetarian options: There were several vegetarian options especially if you like omelettes, salads or pancakes.

Parking: Lots of parking spots in garage or lot.

Well, I was lucky enough to sample some at full strength today. She's not the only one at this particular restaurant that seems to take service seriously.
