“Well, I would recommend Spiro's only because in the 30+ years I've been dining there, it's been great... with the exception of yesterday! May 8, 2024, my birthday. Of all the places I could have chosen, I chose Spiro's because the Baked Tortellini sounded so good. And then it was served... so disappointing. It had been under the heat lamp or broiler for so long, the cheese was petrified on top and the tortellini on top was like biting stones. Nobody ever came to check on us. My daughter had to go ask for more of her beverage. Then she had to go again to ask for a box. I had asked for a pitcher of water at the counter where we ordered and paid. None was presented. I ran out of water and proceeded to drink what was left of everyone else's water. It just wasn't the birthday experience I had hoped for. Plus they were having roof work done so the loud thuds and bangs were startling at times! Mainly it was my entree and the service that disappointed me! When we left, nobody said thank you for coming in, nothing! And to think we left a tip before we were seated. Wish we could take that tip back, as it was in no way earned!!! Sorry Spiro's, you need to do better! I like your restaurant, but I'm not anxious to come back after yesterday, sadly.“

“Good food. As good as we remembered when we lived there. They were definitely under staffed the day we were there. There were just a few people in there but it took almost 40 min for our order. Luckily we had the time, but could be an issue for someone else. My only complaint, it was ridiculously cold inside. Obviously only an issue if you are dining in“

“We had Andrew as our waiter, he was amazing. Quick on refills, super polite and friendly. Food was delicious. First olive garden in awhile that did not skimp on the Alfredo sauce. I was in heaven. First time going to this location, and if we are ever in the area again, we will be back.“

“This location does a great job. The service is always excellent and the pizza is the best on Bainbridge Island. I don’t care about the fancy expensive places. Mabel makes the best pizza I’ve eaten consistently. I always get a medium thin, crushed extra crispy. Usually, I get the chicken pizza extra chicken with jalapeño today I got the big kahuna add jalapeño it was outstanding. Mabel is a great pizza maker hats off to a job. Well done. I recommend this place highly to anybody“

“We try to drop in here every time we dock in Winslow. This wood fired pizza is so wonderful with delicious toppings and excellent flavors. There were three of us in our group and we each ordered a different pizza - all delicious! We look forward to the next time!“

“We got the "supreme" pizza - pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushrooms and onions. Also had a Ceasar salad. Their Ceasar dressing is to die for. It's absolutely delicious, fresh lettuce, it was great! The pizza was SO good, super cheesy, right amount of toppings, sauce was on point and the crust was cooked perfectly. A very family friendly atmosphere with fantastic, friendly and fast service. Highly recommend.“
