I got to chatting with Kyler, Tyler, and Tyler (no kidding. Those were the three guys there). Super nice. Very friendly. Kyler was especially personable and enjoyable. I learned that this location is very involved in the community helping people get on their feet with a job opportunity. Very cool.

I see there are some fairly harsh reviews. I have a feeling it comes down to who is working that day. I came on a great day evidently. What’s MORE concerning to me is not that there are some bad reviews, but in each case, the response from the owner includes some form of apology and an invitation to resubmit the complaint to a different website to communicate with the owner. So which one is the owner? And why not just take care of them immediately instead of having them jump through another hoop?
They’re already unhappy. Adding homework isn’t going to help the situation.“
