“I was expecting this place to be so much better. I’m not saying it’s bad but my biggest complaint is that the pies were not even close to being hot enough. I knew these were not going to be made from start to finish at order but they were barely warm. If that aspect changed I’d probably go back but until I hear from someone else I need my food HOT!“

The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.“

“I inquired for them to make us a Yule-log cake for my mother’s Solstice party and we were able to very easily have a conversation about our wish as to the results. I felt we were on the same page and contacted. Not only was the result ready on time, clear instructions given but they blew it out of the park! It was the most beautiful exceptional cake I have ever seen and every thing was eatable and delicious! I can not recommend a better bakery for something so special!!
