“Me and my boyfriend since we started dating back in 23 have always come here it’s our goto place! the people even remember our order now because we come here so often. We love the chicken teriyaki we come here at least once a week but this is our favorite place no where else compares and the food is the same delicious meal every time no inconsistency!“

“Got the combo with Chicken Teriyaki and Sesame Chicken for takeout, and was very pleased. Food was excellent, and even though they forgot to put my sauce on the side, they offered to remake it for me! I didn't have them remake it because that would have been just a waste of perfectly good food, but the fact that offered was nice.

Only small nitpick is that for a double plate like that, the amount of rice you get is pretty small. I assume it's the same amount of rice that you get for a single plate, so one more scoop would have felt more balanced.

Overall though, I think it's a pretty small complaint. Very good food, not too expensive. Definitely recommend!“

“I’ve been coming to this location for over 30 years. I haven’t been for a few years and my kid was really craving teriyaki so we made the drive to Puyallup for a little nostalgia.
I don’t think this place is managed by the same people. The place looks pretty much the same but possibly under new management.
The older woman who worked here for many years was not here. I didn’t recognize any of the usual staff. There is another woman behind the counter tonight. She was busy getting things done. She is loud and capable, but could rub people the wrong way. She means well, but I think things get lost in translation. For example this evening a customer ordered food through DoorDash and came to pick it up. The woman behind the counter tried to tell the customer it would be $20 cheaper to order through the store directly instead of paying for in-store pickup through DoorDash. The woman behind the counter came across loud and bossy. The customer left upset and obviously confused. The woman behind the counter said she just wanted her customers to not pay extra money.
The food tonight is different than it had been all the years I’ve known this place too. Everything is saucy, even the teriyaki. Still has a good taste and good sized portions, just different. The woman behind the counter was juggling online orders, phone orders, walk-in orders and table service. Our drinks were refilled twice and our food came out quick and hot. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant was clean.
Tonight is Thursday and there was a lot of business there.“

“Mom and I stopped here for lunch and the young man, Sean, behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. The starter was egg soup and it was really good! We had the Stir Fried Veggies with Shrimp and Teriyaki Beef & Chicken Combo. We were very pleased and will definitely return!
Dad wanted to check the place out and he enjoyed the lunch very much. He had Vegetable Yakisoba and I had the Beef and Broccoli.“

“Was a little anxious to try this spot as the reviews were a mixed bag, but I’m real glad I did. Pick up order was ready quickly, and super tasty food- love the way they prepare the cabbage, chicken had a great char and gyozas were perfectly crisp. Yakisoba had more veggies than other restaurants around the area. The lady was very nice on the phone and in person (and I ordered close to 7pm). I think anybody with negative comments about her had to of been rude first. They have a couple of tables for seating and a good drink selection including Hawaiian Sun juices. Give them a try and be nice to the lady lol!“

“Sushi and Wok exceeded my expectations!
The service was genuinely amazing — super kind, quick, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I wasn’t expecting such quality sushi and Asian food in this location, but everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the specialty roll had the perfect balance of spicy and creamy. I also ordered a cooked dish with fried rice and beef — it was packed with flavor and cooked just right.

You can tell they care about both the food and the people. Clean place, great portions, and a solid mix of sushi and wok-style dishes. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!“

“We stopped here to try out their food. I got a miyako bento box, and my husband got the Mongolian beef. The bento box was good, kind of overpriced for the quality of food. The portions are smaller but the food is really great. My husband didn't particularly like the Mongolian beef. It wasn't bad, but not great either. We could drop by to try other dishes if in the area.“

“We had the conveyor belt special LOL. Nice variety of food served fresh. Temperatures could have been better but it is the nature of the food going around on the conveyor belt. Service was very attentive and friendly. This was perfect for sushi lovers as well as those that prefer other options. Buy one get one free saki was a nice touch as well.“

The lobby and seating are always clean and comfy. I think I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and none of it is bad.
