“Love the dumplings and the red sauce that looks spicy but really isn’t that hot!“

“This review is based on take out! I recommend you call ahead if you're interested in the Xinjiang Baked bread below as they may sold out end of the day. The staff were very polite as well, I read from other reviews it is under new management. The other dish was Xinjiang hand pulled rice (unfortunately I already ate half of it before taking the photos 😂 - it is good portion!). They have other dishes I'll have to come back and try, but these are popular recently.

Both dishes are cumin-forward and I love cumin, so I think they're flavorful. The lamb was prepared excellently as there was no gamey smell to it. The rice comes with chickpeas and also pickled/oily carrots (not pictured) which were very tasty with the rice.

The meat filling in the bread was really good,and the pastry was soft and filling. I do think it's a bit thicker than I'm used to, but I never really had Xinjiang food so you can disregard me on that.

Overall I will be visiting again, definitely plus points to the polite waitress and waiter, even giving me suggestions on how to reheat for optimum taste!“

“I can’t say enough good things about this dumpling spot! The food is absolutely delicious—every dumpling is perfectly made, fresh, and packed with flavor. But what really sets this place apart is the person who runs it. They went out of their way to make me and my son feel welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell they truly care about their customers, treating us more like friends than just guests. My son left with a big smile, and I left already planning our next visit. “This was my first time at a dough zone and it was pretty good. The servers were very kind and helpful. The cucumber salad was super tasty with the sweet/tangy/spicy sauce and the presentation was very appealing. The fried bao buns were my favorite. There was a lot of flavor and the crunch on the bottom was a nice texture. The soup dumplings were good and so were the shrimp and zucchini, however there wasn’t much flavor in either. They were much better when dipped in the ginger, soy and chili sauce. Overall, I felt like it was a pretty good value for the price“

“A very nice Dumpling/ noodle house. The Staff is very friendly. Food is delicious. Parking can be a bit tight. My one dislike. They tend to have high food prices. 8 bucks for a bowl of cold noodles. 5 bucks for tea. Just be aware its costly to eat here.“

“Super delicious and authentic! You know the food is going to be good when there’s only Chinese people in the restaurant and it’s a bit grimy inside. They were super friendly and spoke Cantonese and the food came out minutes after we ordered. I don’t know how they made the food so fast. Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned well, including the steamed oysters. It’s best to go with a big group and eat family style. I would definitely come again.“

“Its a solid place to get some dim sum when in Bellevue. This is an expansion for them from BC. The interior was pretty well designed, giving it that modern appeal. The dim sum options were decent and the quality of the ones we ordered we good.“
