“We had the best first experience at K Street Food! Finding halal Korean BBQ isn’t always easy, so we were so happy to see they offer a dedicated halal menu — such a win.

The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and very clean. The grills were spotless (which matters so much for BBQ), and everything felt well maintained and comfortable.

Now the food 😍 — the meats were incredibly flavorful and tender, and the sides were just as delicious. Every plate that came out made us more excited to keep grilling. The halal menu is on the pricier side, but honestly it feels worth it for the quality and portion sizes you get.

It’s a large restaurant with plenty of seating, but it’s clearly popular, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation. Such a great spot for a fun night out!“

“The Galbi Jim at this Korean restaurant is absolutely outstanding! The beef is incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with rich, savory flavors that melt in your mouth. The sauce is perfectly balanced — sweet, salty, and deeply aromatic, coating every bite beautifully. You can really taste the care and time that went into the slow braising. The waiters were very friendly such that they even helped with the food cooking on our table on a portable stove and then also explaining us how to prepare another traditional Korean dish that we had ordered. “I went in semi naive to what was on the menu. Nothing stands out. You order at the counter. Understand that the dishes are larger to feed 2-3 people and their are no sides. Meaning if you like rice with your Asian cuisine it will be extra. Not realizing the size of the dishes I ordered 5 things and 2 sodas and a beer and 2 sides of rice which are small 1 person small and I spent with tip close to 140$+
It is in a strip mall so this is not meant to be fancy. Think small cafeteria style. Of the dishes the on that stood out for me was the chili shrimp. Otherwise pretty generic stuff. Beef had a diffrent texture to it that didn't suit me well. But if your into Asian cuisine make your own opinion. I more then likely won't go back. Quality of food for the money not a win for me.“

“The food was so delicious, and the service was great. But I couldn't get over the smell of scented cleaner everywhere. I was hoping I would get used to it but it was so strong I only stopped smelling it when I was eating.
I got a rice cake soup, and it came with all of the sides. The broth had lots of flavor!
I hope the next time I go the restaurant smells like the yummy food they make instead, because that gets the appetite going.“

Service is was fast, making the whole dining experience even better. We did have reservations, the parking lot and restaurant was booming at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. Be sure to arrive a bit early if going during dinner time and prepare to fight for a spot or two or circle around a few times. But honestly, once you taste the food, you’ll realize it’s more than worth the effort.“

“The food is solid and the staff were friendly and attentive. I've been to a few KBQ places now and I did have some things that could have made the experience much better. First the grill was turned too high most of the meal. They did turn it down at one point but too low, then back up again. The marinated meats were good but the regular meat was pretty plain. Not high enough quality to eat with minimal seasoning. This was a birthday celebration so I was hoping it would be a bit better, but it was definitely not bad. We liked the variety and endless banchan.“

“I always love coming to this place because they always have great portion sizes and excellent customer service. I am a frequent customer and in my opinion one of the best teriyaki places in the area!! One of the many things I love eat here is the Korean fried chicken which is only available during dinner time it doesn’t need sauce to make it taste amazing but when you have it with the sauce it elevates the flavor more and each time I order anything from the menu, you can tell everything is fresh and piping hot when you get it! This business deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion and I recommend this place to all my customers at my place of work. 10/10 in my book!“

“If I could give Kobe more than 5 stars, I would. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The White Dragon Roll was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The Hot Pot Bibimbop arrived sizzling with perfectly balanced spices. The Teriyaki Chicken with Yakisoba was pure comfort food, and the Chicken and Dumplings were rich and satisfying.

For dessert we shared the chocolate ice cream, which turned out to be Oreo cookie ice cream—a great surprise and an even better value.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and it is clear the staff works as a team. The ambience is calming and makes it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

“We had both the sushi lunch special and the lunch special. The sushi was awesome, really generous cuts of fish that had great flavor.

The rolls were really well presented but were not as tasty as the sushi. There wasn't a choice on the rolls and they just weren't to our taste I think.

The agedashi tofu appetizer was really well done and the edamame was perfect. We also really enjoyed the complimentary miso soup.

“We were actually on our way somewhere else to eat when we saw Joy Box and the menu. It looked good so we walked in. The food was so good. The portions are HUGE. Great value for the money. We had the seafood ramen which was super spicy in a good way and full of flavour. We had the katsu chicken bento box which was full of wonder things to try like fried dumplings, spring rolls, noodles, rice and of course katsu chicken. We had fried dumplings and beef bulgogi.
