“This was the cleanest ihop I ever been in. Immediately greeted at the door and seated in a completely empty restaurant. Service was fantastic but was curious why it wasn't busier on a Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh and never had to ask for a refill. I will visit again“

“We had low expectations because of some of these reviews - but all those people must have come here at the wrong time because we showed up at 3:00AM and the food was excellent. Great portion size, fresh vegetables, awesome hummus. My husband didn’t get what he ordered (a beef and lamb gyro) and got a lamb, rice, hummus pita plate instead but it was still really good. The curveball here is that we were stone cold sober.“

“Visiting Seatlle and stopped by her for Breakfast. The breakfast sandwich was a great taste and great value for money.
Also loved the attitude of the manager who politely but firmly told the waiting patrons to be patient while their food was made.“

“the biscuits are good but they have to upgrade their ordering system. the only way to know how long it will take before your order is likely to be done is to go to the location in person. why can't they show an estimate on their website? when you order online, why can't they give you an estimated time that it will be done? the wait time is often about an hour and I don't want to wait around the pickup window for an hour, especially when there is almost no seating nearby“

“This place is so good we ate there twice and Jacob our server was incredible!!! First Jacob. I spent $30 on dinner and he treated me like I spent $300 on dinner!! He was fast, kind, and extremely attentive! My drink never ran out. You could tell he was enjoying serving people and he made our dinner fun. We literally came back the next night because of him. Secondly the food was delicious! This is the best IHOP I have ever had. I don’t know who was cooking but it was extremely tasty! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner this place is awesome especially if you are staying at a nearby hotel! JACOB THANK YOU!“

“We came up to Seattle for a weekend and Shelly’s was the first place we ate at. It has a very home-y feel and the service was great and friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Shelly and she was an absolute doll! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it back and eat there a second time, but I wish we would’ve! The food and service is amazing.“

“I've been to this restaurant dozens of times for both breakfast and dinner. Prices are pretty high, but the cheaper things on the menu are good too. I recommend the chicken strips and fries with ranch.
Staff are nice, but when there's a couple people here they take a while to get to you. Namely with the dinner crew, sometimes I'm waiting up to 10 minutes for them to give me a menu or if I've finished eating and am waiting for my check.
But the breakfast crew started recognizing me and welcoming me back after my first couple visits :)
I like having dinner here but I prefer my breakfast in the hotels executive lounge.“

“We got there around 1:45 and the place was empty. 🧐 But, our concerns were for nothing because our food was really good—- surprisingly good! Service was excellent. We had the eggs Benedict and eggs florentine. All the eggs were poached nicely and my florentine made it really a beautiful dish.“

“We placed our order, waited on hour. The waitress was a mess. I'm not sure if our ticket was ever given to the kitchen. We left without eating. The waitress did charge us for the tea my friend ordered. Never again.“
