“We've never order anything except their daily chef special. It's always chicken but they vary the spices & vegetables used. It is served with a salad, rice & a made to order naan. Never been disappointed! Price is reasonable.“

“Hands down, this is my favorite Halal Pakistani and Indian restaurant in Seattle. The food is consistently fantastic. Their biryani is the best I've ever had—it's incredibly fragrant and packed with flavor. The palak paneer is rich and creamy, and the pakora are always perfectly crispy. Since the pandemic, they've been takeout-only but you won't be disappointed!
Having been a loyal customer for years, I have to disagree with a recent poor review about the portion sizes. I've always found the biryani portions to be incredibly generous—the takeout boxes are consistently packed full.“

“One of the few truly tasty places in Seattle. The smell first caught my attention, and the food did not disappoint when I went in. It is a spicy flavor explosion. With this right next to my light rail stop, I worry I will soon be broke and fat.“

“Vegetarian and Indian is some of my favorite food, Angar Kitchen didn't disappoint. Food was delicious, we both were stuffed. The atmosphere and decor are really on point here though, it's very modern and beautiful. Definitely thoughtfully designed with even the dishes the food is served in being chic and fit the overall aesthetic. Try it out!“

“I first heard about Kanishka's Des Moines location through a friend who saw somebody raving about it in a Seattle foodies group here on FB. My friend and I went to check it out and, well, it's my new favorite restaurant. I've been here 3 times and Door Dashed it once in the past month. The food every time has been absolutely fantastic, and the portion size are quite generous. The appetizers are almost entree-sized; the first time I went there with a friend, we filled up on appetizers and had to get our entrees to go. Dish recommendations: Chicken 65 and Fish Pakoras for appetizers; Mixed Grill, Lamb Vindaloo, and Paneer Korma entrees. Also, listen to your host as it seems like they're always trying out new dishes that haven't made it onto the menu yet.“

“This Place; I can say some of the best Indian restaurant I’ve visited after Rasika in D.C & Rooh in Chicago. Food is excellent, whoever have mastered the menu definitely knows what exactly the surrounding of this place will love. We ordered Paneer 65, their sauce 🙌🏼 excellent, Ghonghura Paneer - Gravy was outstanding & I’d taste the flavor of Ghongura Pickle at the end. Now the main dish Daulat Ki Chaat. I have always wondered how exactly it taste and it took me nearly 1yr to make it by understanding the process, I made it and then India’s top Chef released his video on the same on YouTube. Finally I got this here in Seattle, we ordered - not worried seeing price tag 🏷️ and I said I want ti get this as I want to know what’s the difference in this and I made. Undoubtedly Great & it was mastered by the Chef in the kitchen served with Son Papadi at the bottom to add extra crunch to the Clouds of Milk with flavors of Saffron & Rose. Loved it Loved It ❤️“

“The food was delicious and the staff were great. It didn't come up when I googled restaurants near our hotel but we passed it on the way to another and decided to eat there instead. So glad we did. We are on a road trip from England and the lady who served us gave my husband a dessert on the house and also recommended places to visit 😀“

“Stopped here before heading to a concert at The Crocodile, and it hit the spot! I got the Chowmein and enjoyed it. I got medium spiciness and wish I had gotten it a little spicer. The portion size was plenty and I recommend getting the garlic naan bread. They were out of puri but had no complaints otherwise.

“Love this place. You can't get a full meal sub $15 in many places in the area, and definitely few that are as quality as Bombay Burger. They're also open late relative to other restaurants in the area.
I go here all the time and recommend it to my friends, eating fries with chutney is awesome :3“

“Fantastic Chole Bhature and aloo parantha. I was just staying overnight as I missed my flight in Seattle due to Delta airlines ( worst airline in the world) but it was a pleasure to order and eat very authentic Indian meal from Junoon. Thanks guys. Heads-up !!! Highly recommend if you are really looking forward to proper Indian cuisine.

“I saw an IG ad w/a 25% off code + split a tripod w/my partner for a nice light lunch. I almost always opt for maximum spice, but I settled on 4 stars so the heat wouldn’t overwhelm the flavors. I regretted not going for 5 bc it wasn't very hot + I added a side of chutney, so they all ended up kinda tasting the same anyway. All good + fresh tho. Beware the tomato gravy they put on the rice pod contains dairy.“

“Fantastic bang for your buck, Tikka Masala in Bellevue is worth going out of your way for. They have some fantastic variety in their menu, and do chicken curries especially well. But perhaps the crown jewel of their menu is the seafood biriyani. The shrimp is amazingly flavourful and the fish practically melts in your mouth. The portions are incredibly generous for the price. I always have leftovers after every visit. There are very few Indian restaurants in Western WA that top this one.“

“For one reason, the Bombay Seafood Curry. You guys, it was out of this world good. The Samosas were just ok. The gentleman was great, the lady barely acknowledged my presence. That was pretty off putting. But I'll definitely return for this dish. Yum“

“Absolutely excellent food - they opened in June 2025 and we came here on their second day. The non-veg thali (photo attached) was excellent! As were the drinks - I had the barfi margarita which had barfi-like flavoring and was excellent. Great service as well. For kids - our 4-year-old had the tandoori-flavored mac & cheese and loved it. The non-veg thali also came with padadam and a gulabjamun - he ate all of both.“

“I have lived in Seattle for about five years and have been extremely disappointed by the vegan friendly Indian options. They have been flavorless and lacked spice. This place made up for it! They have loads of clearly marked vegan options. They were flavorful and actually came with rice rather than ordering it separately (an odd rarity in this city). I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the atmosphere etc. but the food was fantastic and was served and delivered very quickly.

“100 Stars 🌟 to Manraj.
I recently dined at Manraj Palace Cuisine of India in Kent, WA, located at 13003 SE Kent-Kangley Rd, and it was an unforgettable experience!
This beloved restaurant, a staple since 2000, offers an authentic taste of India in a warm, inviting setting.
The ambiance is cozy yet pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for any occasion.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to accommodate preferences, making every visit feel special.
The highlight for me was their incredible paneer dishes, which showcase the rich, authentic flavors of Indian cuisine.
The Shahi Paneer was a standout, with its velvety, aromatic sauce and perfectly tender paneer that melted in my mouth. I also indulged in the Malai Kofta, a vegetarian masterpiece bursting with creamy, nuanced flavors and beautifully presented.
Their Paneer Tikka Masala was equally impressive, balancing spices with a rich, comforting sauce that left me wanting more. Each dish was crafted with care, highlighting the restaurant’s dedication to quality and tradition.
The portions are generous, offering great value, and the menu caters to all, with customizable spice levels and allergy-friendly options.
Whether you’re a paneer enthusiast or exploring Indian cuisine for the first time, Manraj Palace delivers an exceptional vegetarian experience. With a 4.4/5 rating on Tripadvisor and glowing reviews, this Kent gem is a must-visit.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit for more of their divine paneer dishes! I Highly recommended!“

“The food is made with passion and its a novel way to enjoy paratha's. Follow the directions and put in the teeny tiny bit of effort to cook the paratha's just before eating. You will never go back to eating the soggy, pre-cooked paratha's...“

“The food is ok. Nothing extra ordinary, but its really difficult for me to understand why they add 18% tips by default. Even for group of 4 or just one person for that matter. Price of food really on higher side with minimum quantity. Another thing is you cant split a bill. So on one table they only accept one credit card. This place is not for celebrating with friends for that reason.“

“So their South Indian food is really good. Super crispy dosa, soft idlis, flavorful aloo (with cashews ?), really nice chutney. The only thing is that their North Indian and Maharashtrian food kind of misses the mark. The peanuts in the poha are burnt. You're supposed to fry the peanuts, take them out, make the poha, and then put them back in. You should add some onions and potatoes to it too and cilantro at the end. Please fix this, I miss having poha regularly, and I don't have the energy to make it myself.“

“I stopped by this place for lunch to try the combo pod - which is basically a combination of a kathi roll and a rice dish
starting with the kathi roll (ie: roll pod), I wasn't a huge fan of it. the roti on the outside was cooked well, and had a nice browning to it, but I thought the filling
was kind of lacking. I had the chicken masala filling - and it had a bit of a weird taste to it. the chicken felt really dry, and none of the other fillings did anything to really complement it.
however, i did enjoy the rice pod much more. the basmati rice was cooked really well - super aromatic, and not dry. the tomato gravy was rich, creamy, and flavorful - it provided excellent mouthfeel to each bite - to the point where I was pretty happy even on bites that didn't include any protein. The portion size of this also felt a good amount better than what was given in the rice pod. For the filling, I opted for the mutton masala here - and I definitely could feel the spice emanating from the marinated meat. the pieces of mutton used were also pretty large. Liked this dish a lot
For the price, this combination is pretty expensive - coming in at around $18. It's a decent portion, but it's not quite enough for 2 meals - maybe 1 1/2.
Overall, the namesake roll is a miss, but the rice pod is some actually quite good Indian food. 7.75/10“

“We ordered takeout for our staff party for about 15 people. The online ordering platform is super smooth. You can easily navigate the menu, add things to your cart with various levels of spice and set your pick up time. A couple of our staff are vegetarian, so we leaned into those options and tried a number of things we'd never had before. The Mal Combo with fresh mushrooms, spinach and chickpeas and the Dal Makhni (black lentils, butter & fresh coriander) are really good & our new favorites. The mango curry with shrimp was a hit, as well as the butter chicken, tikka paneer masala and veggie samosas. The other wonderful bonus is that all of their food is peanut-free, so our staff member with allergies could eat everything. Many of the staff raved about the food and wanted to know where we got it. I also want to complement the Spice Box staff for having everything ready when we arrived. We could have given them more time for such a big order but they had it all ready for us. Everything was nicely labeled. We had plenty of food and everyone took home a bunch of leftovers. All in all, we had a super pleasant experience order party food from Spice Box!“

“The food is absolutely amazing and authentic. My family of 5 devoured everything we ordered and the portion size of the 3 entrees 2 serving of Naan and chicken Biryani was jmore than enough for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day. Great food and great customer service we will be back .“
