“I first visited Ono Teriyaki in 1996 while working nearby for a while I got lunch there at least 3 days a week. It's always been good food and good customer service at a good price. It's no wonder that after 3 decades they are still there.“

“Tried the chicken bowl for the first time and wow — easily some of the best grilled teriyaki I’ve had, period. The chicken was charred to perfection, full of flavor, and juicy. The white rice was cooked just right — soft, fluffy, and a perfect match for the teriyaki. On top of that, the service was fast and super friendly. I totally get why this place has such high ratings. Can’t wait to come back!“

“I ordered the Sushi Deluxe, and it was hands down the best sushi I’ve had in a long time! The nigiri was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, and the chef’s choice roll was flavorful. Everything was perfectly balanced and presented with care. The quality definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving quality sushi. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Good Teriyaki, pretty simple and straight forward. I feel like it’s hard to mess up teriyaki but you never know. It came with a little side salad. Teriyaki chicken, Teriyaki beef and shrimp combo they were both good. Surprised that the shrimp came on a screwer with pineapples but it was good. Only a few pieces tho. Kinda worth it depends if you really like shrimp. Overall pretty decent place. Nothing to rave about but also nothing to complain about.

“We will be back! Some of the freshest sushi we have had in a while in the south end. Reasonably priced and good portions. Service was super friendly and so fast. Food came out very quickly. We were checked in on multiple times.
Right when we sat we were offered a warm cloth and complimentary miso soup.
Rainbow roll had very fresh fish on top, Jumping Ebi had great texture , Monkey Brain had a lot of avocado, and the Spicy Tuna wasn’t overly seasoned and had good flavor.“

“I go here very often and every time the food is so great and so consistent. Always amazing. The Teryaki sauce is some of the best sauce I have ever had, so much so that I always order extra. The lady who runs it is so nice and always so pleasant and happy. Gets my order right every time. You must come here, you will not be disappointed.“

“I ordered pickup today and everything I got was great portion sizes, delicious and well packed and presented. The container of chicken fried rice was a HUGE portion and really good with lots of chicken. The beef ramen was really good with plenty of beef and noodles. The service was friendly and the man who handed off my food made sure that the bag was tight secure and even happily gave me another bag when I requested it. Great service. Big portions. Well worth the money and time.“
