“We ordered 2 pork butts and 3 racks of ribs from him for a party- everyone said it was hands down the best bbq they had ever had. The ribs fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, the pulled pork had the absolute perfect level of juice and smoke…and the sauce he made was drinkable lol!“
