“Best corned beef hash, French toast and biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had! Made with care, fresh and unusual ingredients, and served in a lovely, comfortable and unpretentious space by people who are excited to be there.Great coffee too, with free refills!“
“This was only my second visit here, but it somehow got even more tasty. We got the super basic Man On A Budget burritos with sausage, but I added beans to mine. Also had the mild green salsa. Sooo good. Such simple ingredients but they somehow work so well together to make a delicious combination. We will keep going back for sure!Just an fyi: the only reason for a 3-star rating for the atmosphere is because it is a food truck in a parking lot. There's nothing wrong with it, it is what it is. It was good food and good service, that's all I need from a food truck.“
“The spinach egg scramble with home fries is extremely good. Coffee is delicious. The inside is an old building w/ little charm but the food is so good it doesn’t matter. A little long for the meal to arrive but again worth it, would go back for sure.“
“A neighbourhood diner-style restaurant in Burien, a few minutes away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Came here on a weekday morning for dinner breakfast and there was no wait to be seated. Good variety of food items on the menu and prices are pretty reasonable. Service was attentive. Lots of seating inside and free parking outside (shared with other businesses).“
“Our family loves this place. It is under new management so a lot has changed. No toy room for the kids anymore so that was very disappointing for them, but the food is good and it is about the only place all four of us can eat for around $50. The staff is very friendly ?“
“A Churro Croffle Symphony: Delight for every Sense Stepping into the waffle shop was like entering a technicolor dream. Staff, their faces beaming from under bright pink and sunshine yellow hoodies emblazoned with the most adorable dachshund silhouettes, greeted me with a warmth that rivaled the aroma of buttery goodness wafting from the griddle. But the true star of the show was the churro croffle I ordered. The first bite was a revelation. Imagine a croissant, it's flaky layers, somehow magically, puffed and crisped, then kissed with a golden magic of a churro. The texture was a symphony: the shattering crunch of the exterior gave away to a yielding, pillowy interior, each bite, releasing a chorus of buttery whispers. As for the taste, it was a carnival for my tastebuds. The sweetness of the churro sugar danced a delightful tango with a subtle richness of the butter, leaving a lingering warmth that had me yearning for another bite. Sharing just one order was not enough, we ordered another--stuffed, so so stuffed. And the service? It was like having a waffle crafted by angels with exceptional patience. The staff, a wonderful tapestry of neurodivergent individuals took the time to understand exactly what I craved, their attentiveness a testament to the welcoming, inclusive atmosphere of the shop. In conclusion, this wasn't just a churro croffle, it was an experience. A delightful explosion of taste and texture, served with a generous, helping of warmth and inclusivity. If you're looking for a waffle that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you with a smile as wide as those wiener dog hoodies are adorable this is the place to be!“
“Cheese Blintzes disguised as a very sweet desert or breakfast crepe. Delete the topping of some white icing plus a cinnamon syrup, and sliced strawberries, than ask for your sour cream and you have a tasty dish that is very close to a back east cheese blintz. It's good for the soul.Vegetarian options: Large menu with veggie dishes and staff is willing to accept substitution on items. I“
“Fresh and well executed. Easily ordered by phone. Loved that you can make any omelette a burrito…would have been 5 stars if salsa/hot sauce was available. Biscuits n gravy were reported good as well. Support local, preserve character.Parking: Part of a small strip mall.“
“There are many places to eat that serve good food in Federal Way. The Village Inn does way better than just that. They consistently serve great food from a great menu with outstanding staff. The owner (he is way cool) is often there making his guests feel very special and appreciated. My wife and I have eaten there for years before her Barbershop rehearsals. We always enjoy the background music selections played on the best restaurant sound system in the city. This is a safe place to entertain your family and to have business meetings over breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the price is right!Parking: You can park right by the front door in their paved, flat, well lighted, easy to negotiate lot. I feel more secure in their lot than in many other lots.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of room for kids and a selection of kid friendly food. We have 23 grandkids, so we especially like the reasonable prices. If you don't like kids (sucks to be you) then there are plenty of tables to get away from the happiness that kids bring.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is wheelchair friendly and the isles in the restaurant are plenty wide at both the tables and the booths.“
“Crave-worthy hash browns and VIP toast! This hidden gem is your new brunch BFF.Ditch the chain restaurants and dive into this charming hole-in-the-wall breakfast joint. The diner vibes are real, the prices are wallet-friendly, and the portions are king-size. But the real hero here is the hash browns: crispy, fluffy edges with a perfectly soft center. Every. Single. Time. And can we talk about the buttered toast? Like, buttery perfection. Seriously, who butters your toast anymore? These guys get it. It's the little things, right? This spot is my go-to brunch haven, but it's definitely underrated. Spread the word! You won't regret it.“
“I was staying at a hotel nearby, and walked here for a late-night dinner. I walked in and ordered a Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs Benedict to go. The hostess brought out the meal in about 10 minutes, and I took it back to my hotel. It was very yummy, it hit the spot!Parking: I walked here, but there was plenty of parking.“
“We were visiting from AZ and stayed at a nearby hotel. We spent most of our day sightseeing and beat from walking on our first day that we forgot to grab dinner. We didn’t want to order take-out. We walked to IHOP and were met by friendly staff. We had steak tips and salmon with side dishes. I have intense GI issues and was worried about how I would handle the food. I had 0 issues. I was so impressed, that my wife and I decided to have dinner at IHOP for the remainder of our stay. Very clean establishment.“
