“I really love the service at this location! At least for me, it’s always been great. I usually order online and just swing by to pick it up. There’s one girl in particular who prepares and hands over the orders — she’s super friendly! The cashier is also really nice… honestly, the whole team is amazing. On top of that, the food is always fresh and super tasty. Definitely a 10/10 crew!“

“It's difficult to ignore the other reviews about this Chipotle location but I'll explain my rating.
I've visited this location a few times and everything has been okay, nothing extraordinary to report. During my last visit, the tortilla for the burrito broke while the person preparing it was trying to wrap it. They transferred the contents to another fresh tortilla. This happened while I was paying. When I looked into the bag, the burrito was half the size of any burrito I've ever had at Chipotle. I was going to let it go, but it was one of those days when I was expecting just to eat something consistent without any surprises (hence my visit to this place).
I asked to get my money back and I returned the half-size burrito. Ryan, the manager, apologized for the situation and prepared a new one for me. It broke again when trying to wrap it, but he asked if it was okay to use an additional tortilla, which is what I've been usually asked before. He used the situation as a learning experience for the rest of the staff.
So, my rating is more about how they may be improving their service, taking into account user feedback. Hopefully they will keep trying their best. ☺️“
“Chipotle is consistently the most affordable meal in the area for the amount of food you get—when getting a bowl. Chicken bowl is the way to go, white rice black beans.
- This location was generally dirty and had an awkward set up with the drinks/condiments. Staff was nice but just made some errors getting my side of guac to me.“
“People who give negative reviews to casual fast restaurants shouldn't be allowed to vote. I got exactly what I wanted from a Chipotle. The people were friendly. The food was exactly as good as I expected. Folks who work there are doing their best with the number of people/resources provided. In terms of the sum of my total Chipotle experiences, of which there have been many, it was in the top ten percent
Vegetarian options: The sofritas are bomb. If you choose to omit it, still bomb.“
“The food was great and the portions were very plentiful. The employee serving seemed tired but the cashier was upbeat and nice. There was a good amount of space and there was plenty of parking.
Details: It was a full portion of meat and queso, I personally request extra everything and the employee happily provided it. I asked for sour cream on the side and even though the employee looked tired they still did it no complaints/comments.“
“I’ve been coming here for years. For a while, things went down hill. However, things have turned around significantly! The place is much cleaner, the service is great, and the staff is thoughtful about the quality and how they put your food together. They usually have most ingredients too including grilled veggies! To whoever is running the place now, great work on turning things around!“
“I forgot to get their name, but I was an hour late picking up my order due to the trains going down and dealing with the shuttle busses and they remade my order, no extra charge. I literally almost burst into tears, I was so grateful. Thank you for making such a miserable afternoon 10 times better.“
