“Took me a minute to figure out how the ordering worked. The veggie burrito was BIG. All the ingredients were fresh. Good for fast food.

Vegetarian options: I picked what I wanted in my burrito, so had the rice, beans, and veggies.“

“My first ever Google review of anything and it is worth it. Specifically related to Carlton. Watched a very stressed lady nearly lose it in the middle of the line when Carlton absolutely diffused the entire situation with a few kind words, empathy, and professionalism. It seemed to calm her and turned a situation from something that could escalate into a better experience for all of us. I could not be more impressed with an individual and frankly his actions served as a reminder as to how I should respond in a similar situation.“

“It's difficult to ignore the other reviews about this Chipotle location but I'll explain my rating.

I've visited this location a few times and everything has been okay, nothing extraordinary to report. During my last visit, the tortilla for the burrito broke while the person preparing it was trying to wrap it. They transferred the contents to another fresh tortilla. This happened while I was paying. When I looked into the bag, the burrito was half the size of any burrito I've ever had at Chipotle. I was going to let it go, but it was one of those days when I was expecting just to eat something consistent without any surprises (hence my visit to this place).

I asked to get my money back and I returned the half-size burrito. Ryan, the manager, apologized for the situation and prepared a new one for me. It broke again when trying to wrap it, but he asked if it was okay to use an additional tortilla, which is what I've been usually asked before. He used the situation as a learning experience for the rest of the staff.

So, my rating is more about how they may be improving their service, taking into account user feedback. Hopefully they will keep trying their best. ☺️“

“Really happy with my recent experience here and this Chipotle has really messed up my order more than once before where they'd put just meat in a bowl for my DD order (which they've done to others based on other reviews) or fill my bowl full of carnitas grease, and ripped me off for telling them not to skimp me, but this time I was really satisfied. Idk if they're still pulling those tricks with people but my recent experience was really good and I hope they keep it up so I can bump this review up to 5 stars. But I will say, the chips need more lime juice and salt because the chips I got were really bland.“

“I have a standard order at chipotle and never stray from it.. it varies from insanely good to mid but edible depending on location. Just got off work and ordered on Uber eats from this location. oh my god ? This is the best chipotle i have ever had bro. “I got the chicken quesadillas - which came with sour cream, fajitas, salsa, & honey vinaigrette
Chipotle typically does its chicken really well, and that was definitely the case here as well. their chicken is soft, juicy, and rarely ever dry.
It's generally pretty pleasant to eat, and tastes freshly made

The tortillas on the outside were fine - but I do wish they were slightly crispier. More of a browning on the outside for more of a crunch would be nice.
The fajitas provided a really nice stuffing with the chicken inside the tortilla
I didn't really taste the cheese too much

The way the quesadilla works is they give you the sour cream & vinaigrette on the side. individually, these were average, but after listening to a recommendation, i combined them into a single entity - and this was amazing. the fullness of the sour cream combined perfectly with the tangy, sweet honey vinaigrette to produce a dip that was incredibly good

So, they also gave us extra chips & gauc that we didn't ask for, which seems like a good thing until we found out the chips were completely stale and practically inedible. The gauc was also not good - but the chips were astonishingly bad - I've never seen them be that bad from Chipotle

For the price of around $10, it's about 1000 cal worth of food, which is a pretty good ratio

Overall, pretty solid quesadillas with good meat, at a decent price, but chips threw me off a bit. 7.75/10“
