Convenient location in side the Columbia Tower food court. I was so happy to see a BBQ restaurant here. I ordered the two meat combo plate, which comes with a side. This time I got the brisket and sausage, with a side of mac and cheese. The brisket was very tasty with a delicious peppery bark. I appreciate not getting an overly fatty piece. So happy to see this place reopen in the Columbia Tower. Best barbecue in Seattle. Texas style and perfectly executed. I usually order the combo plate-brisket and sausage. Both meats are outstanding. Maybe the only bbq restaurants in Seattle that actually knows what smoked sausage is! The sides are delicious too. I've had the potato salad and the mac & cheese.
