I recently tried the Yum Bit food truck and had a moderate experience. The menu had a decent variety of options, including both meat and vegetarian choices. I ordered their signature burger, and while it had a good flavor, I found the portion size to be a bit small for the price. This food truck was quick and reasonably priced for an easy lunch satisfying my Asian food cravings! I love popcorn chicken and always crave them! This lunch place was an easy choice. Even when there is a lineup, you get your food in less than 5 minutes! They have different sauces to choose from! Will definitely be back whenever I'm back in Seattle next visit!
