My wife and I came to this restaurant looking for a 'fancy' place to celebrate our 5th year anniversary, and boy, did we choose right! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by all of the staff and that us being there mattered to them. I’m writing this after our SECOND visit to Rider, twice in as many days. This place is worth a trip if you’re visiting or local — we came back for the brussel sprouts alone which are superb.We had our server Austin both nights and wouldn’t have it any other way!! Flat tap beer so order something “bottled” which will ultimately come in a can. Kitchen is slow even with an empty restaurant. They managed to undercook the burger and overcook the chicken. Staff seems more interested in socializing rather than attending to patrons. It’s a place to be seen, be loud and have drinks.
