I came here using a lime scooter while my truck got worked on using the mobile app smh and ordered 2 drinks by mistake and Vanessa and her crew were awesome and went out of there way to assist me and help me correct my mistake they made my day thanks a lot
I always find something good. My favorite is flat white latte.
I came to Seattle for work and this store exceeded my expectations in every way. When you walk in it's so welcoming, I was greeted immediately with a smile and a friendly hello by the store manager! The store is very clean, even the bathrooms! My order was taken efficiently and the cashier was so sweet. Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to have some coffee and get some work done. The staff are very friendly and make drinks right. The location is really clean and has lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. Some customers have had great experiences with the staff, including a cashier who bought a customer a hot drink and a round cheese danish when they didn't have enough money. Other staff members, like Ms. Sonny and a gentleman at the drive-thru, have also shown professionalism and great customer service. However, some customers have had disappointing experiences with unfriendly employees. The parking lot can be a problem, as it is too small for the amount of traffic. Despite some issues, the location seems upbeat and some customers appreciate the great customer service they receive, making them want to return. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company has a mix of positive and negative experiences, but the friendly staff and clean location make it a great place to visit.
