Very sweet owner and most reasonable bubble tea price in the area. Excited to go back for the spam musabi and bahn mi.
100/10, so good, be patient if they are making something—they put a lot of prep and love and want things to be fresh for us 💖 Get the street noodles and a side of peanut sauce, pour in and stir with some spring rolls on the side :D

Enjoyed chicken Banh Mi and Matcha iced milk tea. So delicious. Great service! The space is very cheerful, clean and welcoming. Will be back.
