“We got a lot of various things catered to my work and everyone was absolutely blown away at how amazing everything was! The (I’m guessing) owner was so helpful and kind and gracious! “We’ve been coming here for a long time (since back when it was Full Moon Thai) and it’s only gotten better over the years. Each ownership change has improved the food and the atmosphere.

The dishes are always solid, the vibe is relaxed, and it’s one of those places you can count on for an amazing Tom Yum soup or a Thai tea without fighting the crowds in busier areas.

Another big plus: there’s almost always free parking. That alone makes it an easy weeknight favorite. Issaya is one of those standbys we keep returning to.”

“I'm obsessed. The owner is so cute and she makes sure she's open if I'm coming. She tends to rotate the selection so there's always fun new things to try. I'm a big vegetable eater so I can recommend so many things but my favorites are the following:

Pickled yellow radish
The crosshatched mushrooms on the counter (I apologize I don't know what they're called but I adore them)”

“On Christmas Eve about 4 o'clock my family left an event in downtown Seattle and were really hungry. We looked on line for something on our way home to Lake Forest Park that was open. There weren't many choices and this place had pretty good reviews and was open. We were a little leary when we drove up. It was in an off location and small and modest. When we went in the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and we all ordered. After tasting the gorgeous food and generous cocktails, we were hooked. We usually do not return to places as we like to try something new, but we will definitely return to Botteco Brazil, Shoreline.”

“I appreciate you! Once more their kitchen is not celiac safe but, when I tell them I'm gluten free. They make sure change gloves, different pans and ask the cooks what dishes are 💯 gluten free and safe for me! The picture above is their new vinaigrette salad with gf BBQ steak over mix greens, all the important vegetables and topped yummy gf feta cheese! I don't rate by stars but on authentic and you can't beat it at Jerseys! I'm a loyal customer thank you for the years or date nights and sport games!”

“Pretty good food, you shouldn't be disappointed, with the best atmosphere of any bar I've been too, 6 stars for that atmosphere. The best part, coming from a structural engineer, is how wonky their floors and ceiling are - the entire place has settled massively and idk how it's still allowed, must be 136% grandfathered in. The only minus star is because they only ever have one bartender on at a time, so if it happens to be busy (but it's such a small, very local dive bar, that rarely comes up), the service can be a little slow.”

“Took my 3 kiddos for lunch and bowling today. Wasn't planning on the 1 y/o bowling but they have teeny tiny toddler shoes so we gave it a go! She loved it and we felt so welcomed. It can be hard going places solo with all 3 littles who can have rowdy behavior and big feelings. It is a gift not to feel judged or like a burden and Spin Alley definitely gets gift status. Thank you, and we'll be doing this more often!

However, there was only one person working the front end & they were absolutely busting their ass. My partner ordered a bubble tea once we arrived & it probably took 20ish minutes to actually receive it. I am in no way complaining about the length of time it took, more so wanting to bring to the owners attention how hard this person was being worked during what was an insanely busy dinner rush. Food was decent for the price & I would definitely come back. “Calm vibe. Many regulars from the Shoreline/North city area. .ost are friendly & kind folks. The crowd here is also diverse. The digital jukebox is usually playing. Great staff of lady bartenders (occassionally a male bartender) that mix great drinks. Beers on tap are out numbered by those refridgerated, so ask.

Food is very limited to snacks like warm pretzels, corn dogs, breakfast sandwhich and a couple other choices besides bags of chips. Sometimes venders book dates and make pizza or burgers in the evenings. Othertimes the bar host and encourage potlucks.

A covered outside table & seating oversees parking.
Many pulltabs inside to play.
It's an old building with nothing trendy and so it's considered a dive bar.

Parking: Respect the staff parking.

Kid-friendliness: Nope. Thankfully

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot, bar entry, bar area tables and poo table all are. Bathrooms NOT, they are down 1 or 2 steps and woman's room too tight to a squeeze.”

I did the self order for food for first time , though thinking I have two dollar bills I’d rather use, the credit card was fine and I think it’s more efficient. Well done. The hot dog was dog gone good as usual. Wish the everything slice pizza was still a choice but Costco is a really good place and really serves just about everyone. Well done 👍”

“They accidentally put avocado on 2 out of three burgers! It's a good problem to have, huh? This place has some seriously good grub. I love the food and cleanliness here. The Habit offers iced tea, plain or flavored, unsweetened. Also had a delicious dragon fruit juice drink--apparently the food and drinks here come with creative license. The family Char Box is a great deal.”
