“Holy s*** I just ate up their quesadillas and they’re soooo good. the salsa is so good with it too. I’m so lucky I came on a friday so I got it cheaper but it is yummyyyyy. that salsa is great with the cheese and meat. Definitely recommend. They’re also very casual and give a chill atmosphere.“

“Great value here: carnitas plate comes with rice, beans with cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, caramelized onions, two salsas, flour or corn tortillas, and a veritable heap of carnitas, tender but with those crispy edges. And a grilled jalapeño. Oh, and avocado!I raised Tacos el Encanto to the full five stars because they've been consistently good for a long time now. Fast, friendly service.“

“I had a very postive experience at the food truck at the powwow on Saturday at Discovery Park. The lady who took my order was very welcoming and kind, and provided excellent customer service during a very busy time! (She took the time to apologize to me when someone skipped the line, and that made me feel important as a customer.) We came here with our little one in stroller for the first time in months. It’s nice to see that there were lots of families with small children too. So if you’re wanting a night out, cancel that babysitter and bring your carbon copy(ies)/ fur child. If you do sit inside make sure you don’t sit near the speakers. It got a little loud for baby once the festivities of the evening started.Announcer could have opened up with an easy more softer opening. But hey, we loved the energy. Dog friendly and lots of space to drink, eat, and laugh with friends and family. We will have to come back again!“

“They've got a pretty solid menu, it's pretty focused on a few items and that's what you want in a food truck. My friend likes their Gyros and kebabs but I'm a Pizza Man for life though I love me a good cheese steak sandwich.

Their wood fired pies are pretty tasty, I find their sauce to be a little on the sweet side but they're solid and the ingredients don't taste artificial. The crust can be a little burnt but that's just part of the charm with this style.

It's a good spot to grab a bite during the summer time or to grab a to go order if you live or work in the area.“

For the burgers we got the peanut butter jelly bacon burger and kimchi burger. Definitely two interesting flavors.

The peanut butter jelly just tastes like a peanut butter jelly, honestly. Hard to taste the bacon. Very good, but get some water as the peanut butter will make you very thirsty.

We got the kimchi burger because we thought the kimchi might make the burger more refreshing, but the abundance of sauce made it a little bit thick. It still taste really good, though!“

“So glad to have had the chance to try their malasadas! I got a six pack with two of each flavors (lilikoi, haupia, and chocolate) while I was at the Monroe Farmer’s Market. The chocolate was a super rich and thick, the haupia was creamy as heck, and the lilikoi was my favorite of the bunch with the perfect consistency and burst of fruit flavor. I’m looking forward to the next time I can snag some!“

“I am a seeker of cheesesteaks. Any restaurant that has them I will try it. The cheesesteaks that Tre makes are the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. My favorite are Tres Caliente and the Nashville Bacon Bleu.
