“Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.“

“I inquired for them to make us a Yule-log cake for my mother’s Solstice party and we were able to very easily have a conversation about our wish as to the results. I felt we were on the same page and contacted. Not only was the result ready on time, clear instructions given but they blew it out of the park! It was the most beautiful exceptional cake I have ever seen and every thing was eatable and delicious! I can not recommend a better bakery for something so special!! “I'm from Texas and have never found a good doughnut place in Washington. There is a difference. I went to Lone Star this am and didn't know the owners were from Texas. They made Texas doughnuts. They were soft and pillowey and just perfect. I would have known they were Texans had I looked and saw they had kolaches, I am anxious to try those too! The service was amazing the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I'd love if they had a chocolate doughnut with non peril sprinkles. I'd be there more than I will already be now! For sure try this place.“

“We ordered 3 pies for Thanksgiving. Chocolate Haupia, Custard and Pumpkin Macnut crunch. Great communication, quick responses. They were even able to accommodate an earlier pick up time for us. We will be ordering pies from you for Thanksgiving from now on as long as you have it as an option. All pies are so ono! Our favorite is definitely the chocolate haupia pie. Mahalo nui loa!! Definitely worth the price! It's a slice of home in every bite 💗💗.“

“I was expecting this place to be so much better. I’m not saying it’s bad but my biggest complaint is that the pies were not even close to being hot enough. I knew these were not going to be made from start to finish at order but they were barely warm. If that aspect changed I’d probably go back but until I hear from someone else I need my food HOT!“

I felt very welcomed and had a lot of help picking out which beverage I wanted, as this was my first visit, I got the brindle brew and it was delicious!!! I’ve already recommended this to many friends in the area, especially my friends going to Olympic college!!
