“Love this place and the family that owns it are very kind. This is the only teriyaki restaurant I go to in town. Hot, delicious food and large servings dine-in and for take-out. Very quick service made fresh by nice people.

“I have been coming to this place for at least 10 years, I have their number saved in my contacts and pickup food at least a few times a month. I can’t recommend this place enough, they serve large portions (easily two meals in one) & for a great price and they offer boba drinks! They never charges extra for extra sauces either! 10/10! usually not too busy/full inside since people pickup food more than anything now everywhere after Covid, so the atmosphere is quiet, but would recommend for friends and the whole family.“

“I like teriyaki. I don’t have it often, maybe because I am usually so underwhelmed by the places I have it. This night, I found myself hungry, and One Teriyaki was close. Never been there. I prepared to be underwhelmed. At least the place was clean and tidy. To my surprise, my order came out in half the time I expected it. On a large, square, black plate with VERY generous portions of spicy chicken, rice and salad. It is the best teriyaki I have had in quite awhile. What a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!“

“Heard the original owner cooks the food here. Tried it, not sure if the original teriyaki chicken was better than other Toshi's, but I was hungry and it tasted really good. The chicken was not dry and the sauce had a hint of sweetness, not overtly sweet like most places. Would go again if I happen to be in the area.“

“We really enjoy this place. Great portions with quality taste for the same standard price after tax you’ll find at most places in this area. You can see in the picture on the (left plate) chicken and pork that they give you the same amount of chicken as if you order just the chicken teriyaki as the (right plate) most places skimp on portions of combos. I moved the chicken so you could see the fried rice. Looks beautiful full of everything and tastes very good. I also ordered a side of steamed veggies which for my preference could have been cooked a bit longer but I’m happy with the amount of variety of veggies.“

This one time I brought their house fried rice to a family party but I guess 3 other people had the same idea to bring fried rice so we had 4 different fried rice. My contribution had no leftovers. Everyone else's fried rice was put to shame and embarrassment.“

“Consistently a very delicious restaurant. The food usually takes about 15-20 minutes to be done, so we always call beforehand to take home and eat. The portion sizes are very big! The quantity and quality of their food makes this place a favorite for us. They are also closed on Sundays.“

“I’ve been here twice now and the visits were within two weeks of one another because I was craving their yakisoba again.

Their teriyaki chicken and spicy teriyaki chicken were delicious (but I would go to Ta Joia down the road if I only wanted that), but their yakisoba was the best I’ve had in years. Generous portion plus it has wonderful wok hei that gives it a delicious smoky and charred flavor. My only complaint is I ordered the combination yakisoba the second time which was supposed to be chicken, pork, beef, and shrimp…and it had a single shrimp in it and the pork wasn’t my favorite. The beef teriyaki is the way to go!“

They’ve never ever messed up our order, which happens almost every time at other takeout places. Staff is kind and helpful. Our kids always love the gyoza and I think the spicy chicken is amazing. Me and a big group of friends came in for some food and they hosted us very nicely. All the food looks delicious!!! But i personally ordered the chicken katsu for $21- it has a salad, 10 pieces of crispy chicken, and a side of white rice, and a miso soup to start the course. It was a bit expensive already and then it got worse... because they have these service fees, so it ended up being $25.90🤑 so that was something... Besides that excellent place to eat food wise.“

“Got takeout from big fish sushi tonight, hubs made a mistake ordering hand rolls instead of maki and they remade them for free. Super nice even though it was totally our fault. “I only enjoy "American style" sushi aka sushi that doesn't include raw fish so best that in mind.

All the rolls I've had are great here. They also have a modest sized menu for teriyaki that's pretty good as well, great for if you have family members or friends who don't like sushi.

Portions are BIG. The price is fair especially considering the portion size. They have reasonably nice staff and pretty fast service. I would definitely recommend it.“

I’ve been to Katsu burger in Lynnwood before, many years ago… but I couldn’t remember how the food was to be honest. I must say, I have been pleasantly surprised. It certainly isn’t your typically “American burger”, but that’s not how you can judge this kind of fusion food. It’s in its own category.

I thought the burger was well made (beef katsu was perfectly fresh and crisy and veggies were fresh). The whole burger was a bit large and challenging to eat at first, and the flavors were a little challenging to discern. However, as you continued to eat, you were able pick on the different flavors. Fries were lack luster, and the 12 spice seasoning carried them. Wasabi coleslaw… can’t say I’ve eer had or even heard of such a thing. It was good and fresh, but nothing to write home about. I thought it could use more wasabi flavor, the brightness of the veggies overwhelmed the wasabi flavor.

Service was very pleasant. They’re understaffed, but that didn’t stop from good service.

Atmosphere is cozy and quaint. Little Japanese “cutsie” influence, and I enjoyed slowly eating my meal. Didn’t feel rushed or like I wanted to hurry up and eat to leave.

Overall, I would come back. There were several other burgers that piqued my interest.“

“Unfortunate review, but Love this place, it's the best in town for Monroe. The spicy chicken so perfect. The regular teriyaki chicken for others definitely lacking in sauce applied when ordered compared to spicy chicken. Then they charge more for sauce, shoot they charge more for more salad than rice (I am not a big rice eater). The small drizzle for regular teriyaki should not cost more compared to spicy.
Hate to say but I make very similar at home with chicken thighs, but have been loving this place for years since have lived here since 98. I am pretty sure we should be one of top customers in 2020 and 2021 ? But with price increases for what costs them about $5 (in food) roughly I'm gonna have to take our $ and I will continue cooking at home.
I just wanted to give review of place since like it a lot, but when walk out before with $40 for 2 (she doesn't like spicy) it's ridiculous. Pic is the regular teriyaki chicken“

“I have loved teriyaki burger stop since I was in high school! For the past 13 years I have gone there just for the teriyaki chicken burgers. They are so good! And you can't get them anywhere else. Parking: There's parking but because of a Tae Kwan Do place just a couple of doors down, you may have difficulty parking somewhat close because all the tae kwan do parents sitting in their cars and taking up "restaurant only" parking spots. But there is a lot of parking for the complex they are in, you might just need to walk 100-200 feet.“
