“We visit about every 3 months and are from out of town. This has been a definite stop every time we've come to this area. Same great place great atmosphere great staff... the servings are about 50% of what they used to be though. My fish and chips was more of an appetizer than it was a meal. My wife's shrimp Louie salad was exactly that shrimpy; I am full of spinach salad a handful of shrimp graced with a half an egg in one cherry tomato. The quality of the food is excellent as always, but if you're looking for a hearty meal it's definitely not what it used to be. Another victim of the pandemic and the economy!“

It was fun to listen to her tell stories of going to Ivar's pier 54 on the Seattle waterfront when she was young.

“The owners are amazing and so friendly. 😁 My dad and I always loved going here to enjoy the delicious food and great conversations with the owners for many years. Since my dad's death almost 3 years ago it has been bitter sweet visiting this restaurant again with so many great memories. One day I hope to return because I miss the great food and even better friendly conversations with the owners as we enjoyed our meal. My dad and I always ordered Sizzling Rice Soup to share, Almond or Lemon Chicken and Mongolian Beef or Triple Delight. Every time we came the owners knew what we wanted to eat. 😁“

“We reserved a table online for their Cowboy Brunch for 4. The music was so loud that we could not even have a conversation. Two of us received our food cold. The waitress brought out two new plates, again cold! Needless to say we didn't eat them. The deposit was suppose to come.off the bill ($100.00), but we all paid individually, with the waitress saying she would refund the original deposit. A week later still not refunded and no one will return the call. Absolutely terrible experience!“

Stopped into Tacos & Beer in Everett and had a really great experience. The place has an awesome vibe—casual, lively, and the kind of spot you want to hang out for a while.
We ordered the shrimp ceviche and the shrimp quesadilla, and both were fantastic. The ceviche was super fresh and bright with great citrus flavor, and the shrimp quesadilla was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was just as good as the food—good music, friendly service, and a relaxed energy that makes it a fun place to grab a meal.
Definitely recommend if you’re in Everett and craving good Mexican food. We’ll be back.“

“This was the best Chinese food I have ever had! Spring rolls were delicate and not greasy, dumplings were seared, fresh and came with dipping sauces. Kung Pao chicken was perfection. Also want to state that the food is not over salted, so I could taste the flavors of the ingredients. Hot and sour soup was YUM.“

“FYI it's take-out/delivery (within 5 miles) only now. Just finished their chicken curry (with broccoli, carrots, onion and zucchini) and it was among the best I've had. Came with steamed rice. Very reasonably priced and super personable staff. I'll definitely go back.

“I love coming here for birthdays, date nights and just for fun. The food is always really delicious and the show as they make your food is great. I was a little worried because I brought a couple vegans/vegetarians and I have always only ordered the steak/shrimp etc. so I was relieved that they had a veggie plate with some zucchini mushrooms and tofu they could eat that they cooked first.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews in here dissing the service and I could see why you could feel a little rushed, but on a busy dinner service, it’s not LIKE a normal restaurant they literally cook at the table. And so I think it makes sense to not let folks linger forever. If you’re going to let that get in the way of unique and delicious experience then take your snooty behavior someplace else.
We made reservations and were seated within 5 minutes.“

“Emory's on Silver Lake is a gem! I recently had their fish and chips, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also tried the pink rose cocktail, which was a delightful complement to the meal. The location is fantastic, right next to the water with plenty of parking. I especially enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace, creating a cozy and scenic atmosphere. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Emory's for a great meal and a relaxing ambiance!“

“Was getting my tires relaced at the discount tire next door. Had 2 hrs to kill. Came in for a cold. Eer and some wings. Shout out to Jessica, she was my bartender, and shout out to the kitchen. My wings came out fast and my beers were cold and constantly filled.
Great price on food and drinks and amazing service from a great, friendly, cool, staff.
I've lived around the area for a out 15 years and always came here when I was waiting for a tire change. I would suggest it to anyone. 5/5 on everything and Jessica made my day. Fast, friendly and kept my drinks cold, and my wings on time.

“First time trying. Got take out. Had the crab Rangoon, and 2 combo dinners (one with egg drop other is wonton) with Mongolian beef and other general tso. Both were tasty. Solid take out. It is a little spendy. We did the combo meal as the other entrees on online menu said did not come w rice. Was a little confused why a meat entree wouldn’t come w rice and would have to order a side since the entree meat we wanted was the same price as the combo dinner options. Either way it was good. But that’s something to account for“
