“I went to the Snoqualmie Ridge location. The woman behind the country with long blonde hair, a grown-up, not a kid, answered my questions. On my last visit I want happy with the portion size. Apparently that was just an error, easily fixed. She exfoliating and made it right for me and now I'm a Mod Pizza fan again. Thank you, thank you!“

“Drove by RPP on my way to golfing and thought I might give it a try on the way home. I finished up right about dinner time, so I called in my order from the course. Online ordering was pretty simple and I was given a 20 min lead time. I arrived to a casually fun dinning area, made my way to the register at 19mins 30secs and out came my modified Mediterranean Chicken pizza. Pure hot deliciousness, the crust was soft with a very pleasant flavor, similar to a flat bread crust but slightly fluffier. Plenty of toppings ( chicken, garlic, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, Feta cheese) well spaced with a perfect amount of olive oil base. I substituted fresh tomatoes for the sun dried tomatoes and added Greek olives. It was a very craveable hot and as a next day cold leftover. I highly recommend Red Pepper Pizzeria Carnation.“

“When I called to place my order I was hailed by a man who said, "It's a wonderful day at Papa Murphy's" and then he cheerfully took my special order, and made it "with love." The pizza is delicious, and they made it per my instructions, so it is just right, said Goldilocks! I highly recommend Papa Murphy's in North Bend!!! They ROCK!!!“

“Love this place. It still has that old school charm that you only get from a community full of love. Service is a little slow, but most of us don't mind because that's kind of the point. And the wait is 100% worth it.

After frequenting multiple times over the last two years and trying as many of the options from the menu as we can, I am willing to say confidently from grinders to homestyle pies, nothing misses here. But I will warn you they are HOMESTYLE pies. So the crust is soft and bready and I suspect similar to the grinder bread. They are somewhat lighter fare.
They're not exactly the same as greasy, yeasty poofed traditional American pizzas like what you get from Red Pepper down the road. So be warned, they are good in their own way, but may not be what you're expecting as far as pizza goes.

However we don't mind this and for what they're worth they are delicious in their own way.

Service is.. Interesting, they do have a lot of younger and teenaged age people working there. So I think they can be a little standoffish at first, as teenagers are, but if you get to know them I suspect they're nice kids. The older adults who we see from time to time seem really nice and friendly.“

“Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“
