“BBQ was pretty average overall—nothing amazing, but not terrible either. On the pricey side for what you get. The brisket leaned a bit dry, and the cornbread didn’t stand out. Ribs were solid, though. For a spot in the middle of the state, it’s worth a stop if you’re passing through. Dinner for two, with one beer and dessert, came to about $120 after tip. The sides felt a little small for the price, but the cowboy caviar was excellent. The service was also excellent, but it was very slow mid-afternoon and we were the only customers.”

“Fantastic brewery hidden in the heart of Cle Elum! Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Kid friendly but with plenty of space for those looking to get away from the kiddos to spread out. Great selection on tap (we tried a few ciders, and an amber, and a blonde) and delicious food (we had the chicken tinga nachos and birria tacos). Welcoming and friendly staff/owners. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“They say you can't judge anything by trying it only once. I have been here to this establishment twice now in the last two years and each time the food was awesome, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere very pleasant.
In terms of my food I got the signature brick burger, a wonderful concoction with just enough heat from the jalapenos and the burger itself one of the best I have had in the last couple years.
The staff was awesome and treat you like you have been a regular for years. Would highly recommend stopping here. It's only about 10 minutes from the freeway. Parking is on the street pay for but what can you do that's on the city of Roslyn.”

“Had just finished a long day of hiking near Wenatchee and wanted a mellow place to grab a bite. The Brick down the street was packed and not the scene I wanted to be at and Markos was within eye site. I'd never been there before and opted to give it a go. I ended up getting the deluxe cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised. The chef brought us our food with a sense of pride that caught me off guard.
The burger was cooked perfectly.
To this day, Markos cheeseburger is now in my top 10 list of best burgers.
